A duplex on the seafront

My great-grandfather bought the land to build a small wooden house where his wife, my great-grandmother, could put on her bathing suit in private. It was the early 20th century and people were starting to swim simply for pleasure. He finally decided to build a house and that was how the first beach apartment in Puerto de Sóller came about; back then everything was countryside and he was able to choose the best views and location of the entire promenade. We were a family of 5 from Norway, and really appreciated this house, a private property right on the beach in a quiet neighbourhood with a nice pool and relaxing area. The host was most gracious, replied quickly on our questions before the holiday, provided excact instructions on travel from airport to house, and the property was very clean on arrival. She also recommended some excellent local restaurants and sightseeing places to visit in the area. We had an amazing and relaxing week, and really recommend both this property and host warmly. Thx for having us :-)

My wife and I had a terrific stay in this spacious apartment. Hubert warmly greeted us, showed us around the apartment, and gave us helpful tips on what to do in the area. He even provided us with beverages and some delicious snacks for our first evening. We felt at home, and the apartment has everything we needed to cook meals, including all the utensils and some spices. This place is only steps from a long sandy beach and an oceanfront walking path. We highly recommend Hubert's apartment!

Very nice house in a top location right on the beach! Super clean, everything very well maintained. The gardeners come three times a week, the cleaning lady once a week . Separate electricity billing very transparent and appropriate. Raquel was always available at short notice. The only drawback: Wi-Fi cannot be switched off separately. That is, microwave irradiation 24/7! In my personal case, it leads to headaches, dizziness, blood pressure crises, etc. According to the landlady, the Wi-Fi is indispensable for the function of the building technology... Another problem: The pressure water pump for fresh water in the basement is so loud and shrink that you can't actually sleep in any bedroom on the ground floor. The pool pump in the basement garage can't be heard at all. Great! It was not clear why a water pump has to be so noisy that no one can sleep! After 3 days of agony, it was found that the garden pipe has a leak,and therefore an incredible amount of expensive water is lost

We had such a great time , the house and the whole property were beautiful, spacious and quiet, you have no direct neighbours. There is a terrace around the whole house (so you can always choose between sun and shade) and the pool area was amazing, you even have a pool house. There are 4 bedrooms, a well equipped kitchen and 3 bathrooms, so perfect if you are travelling with 6 people, and all super clean. It's about a 15-minute walk to the town with a few restaurants and also to the train station, with a direct connection to Palma. Fonsa was a great host, was always available and very flexible with check in/out. We would definitely come back and have already recommended the house to our friends!

The villa was fantastic and fully equipped. Location is quiet but not far from centre. The contact with the landlords was very pleasant and questions were always answered quickly. We have nothing to complain about and would definitely recommend the villa and book again.

We had a very good time in Antonio's house, a very quiet neighborhood, car parking in front of the house, the house itself is very spacious and very well organized. Nothing was missing for the comfortable and relaxing stay. Es Trenc, Ses Covetes beaches are really beautiful and a short drive from the house. Antonio was a perfect host, he provided all the precise and very useful information and directions.

We loved our three week stay in Port Soller. Veronicas apt. looks exactly as the photos show. The location is perfect with a short walk to the village. The view is beautiful and it was a highlight of our stay in this apt. We did have a car so we were able to explore many areas in Mallorca. The hiking trails are many and there are plenty that can be done right from the apt. We highly recommend this apt. It was also nice that there were fresh oranges and lemons waiting for us.
