Amazing apartment very close to the centre. The view over the city is great. Highly recommended!

Highly recommend this place. It was exactly the location we wanted, very clean and the layout was perfect for our group. The only thing to note is that since the listing is scaled per person, the number of rooms is not necessarily clear (We first thought we were getting three rooms, but it was actually two. There is a convenient option to add a room for a small upcharge, which we did for one night, we just misunderstood the way the rooms were listed). Overall, would definitely stay here again and enjoyed our time!

Everything is as described on the site. Very nice hosts. Good communication. Messages were answered quickly, friendly, hospitable! The location for us was perfect as it was important for us to live near the American Embassy. It (as it was in the description) was within a 5 minute walk. There are two stunning parks nearby where you can have a great time and lots of restaurants and cafes. The apartment is clean, warm, has everything you need. Very nice apartment, clean, bright, warm, has everything you need. Nearby there is a supermarket, market, cafe, shopping center, parking. Host Adelina is the kindest person, very polite, always available, quickly responds, if something was needed, there was always help from her side. The apartment is in a new residential complex, closed guarded area, and the playground inside the yard is super! We will definitely rent this apartment on occasion because we felt like home. Adelina, thank you!

The apartment was as described, spotlessly clean and despite being located in a vibrant neighbourhood, very quiet. Very easy to access the building and the apartment. There is a private courtyard with children’s play area, 2 supermarkets and a great Georgian restaurant close by, plus it’s a couple of minutes walk to the main bus route which crosses the city. Taxis also knew the building and were never far away. Eliza is always at the other end of the phone and extremely helpful.
