1. Rooms & bath rooms were neat and clean 2. Good restaurants available in 500 Meter distance 3. 1.2 KM from Nehru Park Metro 4. 1.9 KM from Kilpauk Metro 5. Request Guests/ Visitors to understand the one way traffic in the location. This will help the Guests to reach the location based on their transport mode. 6. I have given two good suggestions to the Manager of the Guest House 7. Approx. 5 KM distance from Central Railway Station

it's a nice place very clean and well maintained.

The place was good for us. We just needed a place with AC and a kitchen since we were travelling with a toddler. The host was kind enough to allow us a late check out since our flight was in the evening. Blinkit and Zomato deliver here. No trouble in getting cabs too.

Had wonderful stay at Ceann’s place. The house was neat and clean as shown in the pictures. My kids and parents loved the place. The host was kind and responsive.

Mohammed was a great host, and so were his family members. He was very proactive and helped me feel at home from the first day itself. He was very responsive and available over call and text. The listing was quite comfortable, and was in a convenient location in Adyar from where hospitals, grocery stores, restaurants were all near. It was a comfortable stay! I will definitely recommend this listing, and since I am a frequent traveller to Chennai, I will be coming back to the listing!

I had a wonderful stay at Jessie’s Airbnb. From the start, she was an excellent host—clear in communication and proactive in sharing all the details I needed. She personally welcomed me, showed me around, and assured me that she and her husband, who live upstairs, were always available if needed. The house was spotless, exactly as shown in the photos, and had all the essentials—towels, toiletries, a well-equipped kitchen, and a very comfortable bed. Everything was in perfect working condition. I had booked this place due to its proximity to the Prometric Center, and it was an ideal location. Jessie’s hospitality made a huge difference—her warm presence made the space feel even more inviting, allowing me to settle in with ease. This was one of the best Airbnb experiences I’ve had, and I highly recommend it to anyone visiting Chennai, will definitely be visiting again!

I had booked this for my parents and relatives - all of them senior citizens. Shoba communicated with them directly, and ensured that they were comfortable all the way. The location is great, very close to the railway station, and is very easy to reach and commute from. My folks loved it, and wouldn't hesitate to book it again!

Stayed at Shankar's place for 4 nights, it was comfortable and homely. The apartment is in a beautiful complex and located quite centrally so travel was not an issue. public transport was easily available.

Mr. and Mrs. Pervez were a gracious and kind host. They made us feel welcome and provided appropriate suggestions & guidance. The cleaning lady as well as the watchman were very helpful too. If possible, have a chat and exchange stories. You are in for a treat.

The stay was great. The house was designed so sustainably and it looked adorable. Felt very much at home.

Amazing place, had a lot of garden space, great sized swimming pool which can easily accomodates 20 folks and minted well unlike most places (4ft deep across). Hosts were awesome to coordinate with and super fast response. Highly recommended for large gatherings and stay for 20+ groups. Domino's Pizza and other restaurants delivery easy. Rooms are beautiful and have all the amenities and everything is as described. Thanks for the lovely stay, Suraiya and Nikhil!!

Ahmed and his sister were incredibly kind and accommodating throughout our stay. They personally greeted us during check-in and were always just a call away to answer any questions or address any concerns. We were traveling with our infant, and they went above and beyond to ensure the place was thoroughly sanitized and spotless upon our arrival. They even provided fresh bedsheets and linens during our stay, which was such a thoughtful gesture. Despite the limited water supply timings, they were kind enough to assist us with washing our clothes in the afternoon when we couldn’t use the machine during the usual slots. The apartment was exactly as shown in the pictures, and its location was very convenient, with supermarkets and restaurants just a short walk away. In every way, they embodied the values of a true super-host. 🙏🏻 We’re truly grateful for their hospitality and can’t wait to visit again soon!

Very thoughtful of keeping basic stuff in the kitchen. clean bathrooms and beds. overall it a very good stay. I would definitely recommend this place.

The stay was exceptional from start to finish. The property was just as described - very spacious, cozy and clean. But what really made the experience exceptional was the host. Ms. Shakila went above and beyond to ensure our comfort- she even provided a homemade herbal tea in the morning! :) Communication was seamless and our overall experience was exceptional. Highly recommended! Looking forward to our next visit.
