Our stay was wonderful! The host Mr.Rajarethinam was extremely polite, welcoming, and made sure we felt comfortable throughout. The property was clean, well-maintained, and exactly as described. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a hassle-free and pleasant experience!

1. Rooms & bath rooms were neat and clean 2. Good restaurants available in 500 Meter distance 3. 1.2 KM from Nehru Park Metro 4. 1.9 KM from Kilpauk Metro 5. Request Guests/ Visitors to understand the one way traffic in the location. This will help the Guests to reach the location based on their transport mode. 6. I have given two good suggestions to the Manager of the Guest House 7. Approx. 5 KM distance from Central Railway Station

The place was good for us. We just needed a place with AC and a kitchen since we were travelling with a toddler. The host was kind enough to allow us a late check out since our flight was in the evening. Blinkit and Zomato deliver here. No trouble in getting cabs too.

Though it was a short stay but it was very comfortable & hygienic stay

He is very friendly and very helpful in guiding us in all way. His response is good and 24*7 he is available and sorting out thing and fulfilling our needs .

overall a great property located close to Tiruvanmiyur beach. Host was supportive and gave prompt response. House was clean and well maintained with all required amenities. Overall recommend

Awesome place especially for senior citizens . well equipped house with owners living close by and all facilities like groceries vegetables restaurants etc within 2 mins walking distance

Used to work around this place...sometime in the last decade...always used to cross this place...but finally got to stay there... Everything was sooper smooth..the host made it more than easier from where to park the vehicle to coming up with local recommendations for food. Great host

He has helped me in lot of ways, has kept my requests and all the needy things whichever I have required at that point of time. I have stayed here for more than two months with my family and it has been a lovely homely experience. There are many restaurants nearby to this property at walkable distance. Place is near to road access and peaceful and recommended for family getaway. It's a fully furnished apartment can accommodate your family easily. overall the stay is good.
