Sharon and Matt deserve 10 stars. Their hospitality is unmatched. Not only was the home beautiful, but they were both prompt, responsive, and proactive whenever we needed to get ahold of them. Our stay at the home was a temporary long term stay, and it felt like home from the moment we walked in, we couldn't have asked for a better place to stay while our homenwas being renovated. If you are looking to get away to Marine City, this is the only place I would recommend. Thank you Sharon and Matt for a wonderful, stress-free stay!

Stayed at this place with a couple of my friends and it was great! We had a beautiful lake that was around 5-10 minutes walk and it was very beautiful during sunrise and sunset. The home was clean and the instructions were simple and clear to follow! Thanks for letting us stay here!

My fiancé and I stayed here for a long weekend. Erin left fresh raspberries and strawberries, loved how peaceful the location was and the private beach was a gem! Cute municipalities near by you can visit and explore. The weather was cloudy and rainy our whole weekend but there was plenty to do indoors and outdoors. The place was exceptionally clean and I was greatful for the washer and dryer. Erin does a great job of appealing to all interests by providing many activities including board games, kayaks, paddle boards, outdoor chairs, bath salts, etc. We had the place to ourselves the first night but the second night a very large group rented the second unit and arrived late at night. They were quite loud at late hours but after bringing this up to Erin she was able to communicate with the guests in the other unit reminding them of the noise policy. Otherwise, our stay was seriously perfect and we would stay again!!

We loved staying here! It looked exactly like the pictures and the directions were very clear. The inside was spotless, very nicely decorated and very comfortable with great views of the lake along the whole back of the house. The yard was the best part because it's right on Lake Erie and had privacy fences, a table, chairs, swings and a hot tub. We stayed for 2 nights and enjoyed visiting Point Pelee during the day and relaxing at the house in the evening. Highly recommended!

This place is amazing! My fiancé and I had a wonderful quiet weekend. Watching the sunrise from the hot tub was the highlight of our weekend. We will definitely be coming back in the future!

We extended our stay in Canada after a wedding near by. We’re so glad we found this little slice of peace on Lake Erie. The host provided lovely little you he’s like a bottle of wine and cupcakes, flip flops for walking to the hot tub and plenty of propane for the grill and fireplace. The hot tub was clean and lovely to hear the waves crash and fire crackle while enjoying a glass of wine. Definitely would recommend if you need a get away or you’re just passing through.
