Lovely villa. Hosts were very responsive. The garden is amazing and overlooks the sea. There is a lovely place to sit on the private path to the beach. There are a number of steps to the beach which are very well maintained with hand rail. Beach had very shallow slope into sea so very safe for playing and swimming. Supermarket short walk away with lovely breads and fruit.

Very nice apartment, very clean, matching the description, with all the comforts. Great location 5 minutes from the beach and 10/15 from the supermarket/shops/restaurants. Indoor parking is essential. Our host was very kind. Thank you for everything.

For us as a family of 4 with not very young children, it was optimal. The balcony offered meals with a super view, and also the pool was perfect for cooling off.

The apartment was very comfortable and in very good condition. Saretta was very friendly and attentive.

Had a very nice vacation, Micaela's place is just perfect ! Very close to the sea, private and quiet. Torvaianica is nicely connected with many local restaurants and different activities. Visit Rome, definitely! Micaela is an angel and you should be happy to meet her. She gives very good advice and knows her way around very well. Every question would be answered very quickly and she is very nice and friendly. NO MATTER what time. She was a great help to us. If we come back to Italy, we'll definitely stay with Micaela! Stay of two for 12 days. Host available, friendly, quick, and punctual in my responses, especially when I had a number of issues with my credit card when confirming your reservation. He and the person who welcomed us deserve 10 praises. Apartment near the beach and amenities, quiet, airy. Covered parking spot, although uncomfortable both in and out, made the difference under August when finding a place on the street is impossible. I really appreciated the fans in the bedrooms, the equipped terrace, where you can eat and see the sea, and be able to bring my dog with me. The house was clean. Improvement insights: - another set of keys, with only one and with a broken intercom who was in the house was forced to go down to open the door (half broken!), even the entrance door to the apartment did not make me rest easy. - In the towels equipment I would also provide a shower towel and not only face and guest.
