Vacation rentals in Bonaire

We visited with an adult family of 4 for Christmas and New Year, and this place delivered what was expected and so much more! The owners and the house manager helped us prior to arriving with detailed instructions. They also connected us to Ryan who stocked groceries for us prior to our arrival, which was a really great perk after a long travel day and late arrival. The house has everything you need, including comfortable indoor and outdoor seating. The record player was extra nostalgia and even stocked with a Christmas album. The property has everything a diver needs for easy in and out, including a dedicated dive locker. If you want an extra treat, make sure to travel over New Year and you will get 360 view from the top deck of fireworks. The neighborhood was quiet and friendly and the community pool is close and everything you need to cool off and relax between dives or extra relaxation for a non-diver in your group. Highly recommend this place and the hosts!

Sarah was amazing!! The house was extremely well cleaned, stocked and was a convenient drive to great restaurants. Sarah was very responsive and helpful!! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Thanks Sarah!!

The house is very good in terms of location. The city center, shops, restaurants etc. Everything is walkable about a 10-minute walk. Everything in the house in terms of amenities is there. I liked the interior of the home, with the high ceilings. As well as the spaces in all rooms are large. I had a relaxing time in a quiet area. Thank you Ruthgainy.

We spent a week at Gerts and it was perfect! The large patio is nice to relax on after diving! Full refrigerator and kitchen! The split king bed( 2 twin longs) was comfortable and made for good sleep as well as the AC in the bedroom. I would stay here again!! Thank you, Gert!

It’s a very comfortable place to stay. Very peaceful to relax . Easy to find . I really recommend to stay at casita di Rincón.

From the moment we exited the airport upon arrival, Fenna was there to assist us with any questions we had. So nice to have a friendly face meeting us, and it was very helpful to follow her to the house, and have a quick tour. The place is so tastefully done! Don’t let the fact that the home is made of two sea containers dissuade you. You can’t tell! It’s cool and decorations were top-of-the-line. The location is within 1.5 miles of the main area of the Kralendijk. We rented a truck and were so glad for this as the roads are rough on the island, AND we wanted to tour Washington National Park. Grocery stores are plentiful, and several are a quick drive/walk around the corner. We loved the early mornings sitting by the pool, watching the sunrise. We found it very private as the landscaping is quite lush, and growing fast! We did hear chickens, donkeys, and a neighbor kid’s motor bike, but we brought a sound machine, and had undisturbed sleep. We SO look forward to returning!

Beautiful home in a beautiful location. Great snorkeling out front, super close to Dive Friends for tanks, convenient to town and all diving locations. Loved sitting on the porch and watching the birds each morning. Space is very comfortable. Kitchen had everything we needed. The dive gear area was so convenient. Kids loved the pool each evening. Would definitely stay again!

Do not let Christine’s place being next to the airport deter you from booking! Larger planes that you can hear only take off a couple times of day. The place was perfect for our needs. Such a great outdoor area with a view. We loved that she had a couple of small coolers, Tupperware, and beach towels that we used for the beach.

Thanks Corinne. We had a great time. The location was great. Close to town and easy to head south. The kitchen and bedrooms were exactly what we needed for our stay. The deck was perfect for morning coffee. The air conditioning worked perfect as it was pretty hot and humid. Snorkelling directly from the dock and to the right was good. We saw a turtle! It was fun to watch wildlife including an Osprey catching a fish right from our deck. It was so easy to get to the good snorkelling sites with our truck plus we were surprised how much there was to see and do on such a small island. Koos was super helpful. He gave us a map to get around and arranged for our truck rental. He met us at the airport and had arranged to pick up some groceries as we arrived late in the evening. He is a great guy. It was a nice communal area on the deck to meet fellow travellers and also owners. Everyone was very friendly. Thanks again for everything. Kevin and Brenda

Right on the water with a good dive/snorkeling access. the view is amazing and the screened in porch has a great view of the water. staff at Sand Dollar were friendly and helpful. Kitchen is stocked with dishes and pans to do as much cooking as we wanted to. beds were comfortable and everything was clean. we'll be back!

Gorgeous location, perfect for our group of 6. Walking distance from airport (but no issue with airport noise), walking distance to best beach on Bonaire, dive shop next door was awesome. Connie’s instructions were clear and accurate and made everything easy. Do rent a car for access to downtown and restaurants. We had one and it was necessary and worth it. Spectacular place, spectacular vacation.

One block from the water, 5 min walk to reasonably priced grocery store, the screened in porch was wonderful to keep the mosquito’s at bay. Kitchen was well stocked with everything you could need to prepare a meal or bake Xmas cookies. I only used one of the 2 bedrooms but between the a/c and fan each night it was perfect for sleeping, comfy bed. The community pool was easily accessible and clean. Caroline was very helpful and responded to any questions quickly. She made me aware of the tourist tax that must be paid before you get thru customs. You can prepay this before you reach Bonaire making it an easy entry. I was on the island for a wedding but you are located between 2 Dive operators if that is your pleasure. Quiet but don’t be alarmed when you hear a donkey early in the morning. My only negative was purchasing an extra fan from the store “Famousa” it worked less than 24hrs and they wouldn’t exchange or refund, so stay away from this store… poor customer service.

I stayed here for a month and Everything about my stay was amazing - the place itself, the cleanliness, location. Karen and her husband were very kind and helpful and always willing to answer any questions I had right away. I would definitely come back again and recommend this place to anyone looking to stay in Bonaire!

This is our 2nd trip to Bonaire, and Ann's condo is the perfect place for us. It is clean, comfortable, and convenient for our diving. It provides easy access to the ocean, Bari Reef, and the dive company, Dive Friends. There are restaurants close by, and it is a very short drive into town. Thank you, Ann, for another wonderful vacation at your condo!

Debby was very helpful even before we booked the property. Once we booked, she also took care of our car rental and diving reservation. She made dinner reservations for us for our first night in Bonaire, and had many recommendations for places to eat and things to do. If you’re a diver, this is a great location. I highly recommend it! Debby is super responsive as well! Whenever I had a question, it was easy to get a hold of her.

Great villa and host was awesome. Place worked out great for a family to enjoy a week of diving and relaxing. We look forward to visiting again.

The entire stay was wonderful. The apartment was very clean, with all the amenities we needed. The balcony was amazing with lots of space to lounge and have our morning coffee. The place is near the airport, the city and Te Amo beach. It was very easy to get around and access everything we needed. Quintin greeted us at check in and check out and was very friendly. Overall our best Airbnb experience to date!

Awesome experience - personal pickup at the airport, welcome food and drinks in the fridge, spotless Villa, beautiful view, and very quiet location (there is a main road behind the property, but a larger building between the property and that road, so you don’t hear it at all). This was a really great AirBnB experience and I’m looking forward to coming back!

Our 2 families (11 people) fit perfectly in the home. The beds were very comfortable and it really helped to have air conditioning in all the bedrooms because it was very hot out. We bought pool noodles for the pool because it is very deep (we donated them to the house). All of us are adults, which was good because there’s no railing on the lower patio to protect children from falling off. We really enjoyed the upper deck for dinner because the wind made it so comfortable and helped with mosquitoes. Pierre was fun, friendly and very helpful, he responded quickly too. Everyone we met in Bonaire was so nice and the views and snorkeling top notch. We had a great week of vacation!

We loved Casa Makoshi !! Everything was as described and any questions were answered promptly by the owner’s local representative - who met us at the airport with keys which was really nice and unexpected. The villa had everything we needed including plenty of towels, a barbecue and all the kitchen equipment we could ask for - and a mid-stay clean too! Altogether, a great place to stay We will be back…….,,

Location - Wonderful! Just south of Bachelors Beach and waterfront. Gorgeous sunsets while sitting on the patio. Beautiful views of the city and lights at night. Living room was comfortable. With open doors and windows with a good breeze it is very comfortable (no airco). Although there were no ceiling fans in the kitchen and living room area, BOR said they were being installed soon. Kitchen - well stocked. New fridge was arriving the day we left. Master bedroom - the bed was quite firm with a very thick and comfortable mattress topper. Air conditioning kept the room very cool and comfortable. The attached bathroom was large with plenty of towels. Because the bathroom is attached to the bedroom, it was possible to take a shower comfortably as the bedroom airco kept the bathroom cool too. Generous supply of luxurious body wash and shampoo in both showers. 2nd bedroom - smaller but nice. No attached bathroom as 2nd bath was accessible from hall. Refreshments in fridge!

Lovely place, Ruth was friendly and helpful and easy to communicate with, rooms were spacious and comfortable. The outside area was great with awesome views. We would love to visit again.
