O apartamento é muito novo e completo, tendo todos itens de cozinha, banheiro e enxoval. A anfitriã Ana foi muito solicita o tempo inteiro e nos deu ótimas dicas. Todos os funcionários da portaria foram extremamente simpáticos, sempre nos ajudando com a localização. A estadia superou muito as nossa expectativas e com certeza voltaremos no futuro :)

O apto é excelente!! Espaço interno muito bom, a decoração é perfeita, comodidades e eletrodomésticos muito úteis. Me senti em casa os dias que fiquei hospedada lá. Daniel foi muito solícito, me ajudou com dicas locais, respondendo sempre rápido. A localização é excelente, comércio local tem tudo perto. Com certeza recomendo esse espaço!!

Excelente todo, Paulo una buena persona y muy amigable, aunque no nos entendíamos mucho por la diferencia del idioma, logramos comunicarnos! Volvería al lugar !! Aparte el depto está dentro de un shopping, bajas del ascensor y tenes literalmente todo!

Très bon logement encore plus beau en vrai, la vue est magnifique et il y a tout le nécessaire pour passer un excellent séjour. Les hôtes sont toujours disponibles et très réactives ce qui est très appréciables. Par ailleurs la sécurité est impeccable et très agréable. Le quartier est calme avec le lagon à proximité et une belle promenade. Accessible facilement à pied ou en uber/ mototaxi, seulement 10 minutes de Ipanema beach ou copacabana beach. Je retournerai avec plaisir dans ce logement.

Marcia's home in Ipanema was a lovely staying during my first time in Rio for Carnaval. It was about a 10 minute walk to the beach, and within a 5-10 minute walk, I could easily find açai shops, restaurants, and several groceries. I also felt extremely safe in Ipanema, especially considering all the dangers I had heard about Rio prior to traveling there. The home itself was exactly as described, with exception to the elevator which was out of service for the entirety of my stay (which Marcia did warn me and my party about). The apartment is on the 4th floor, which was a bit exhausting with no elevator, but overall, I'd stay here again even without an elevator. The water was warm and plentiful when showering, and the water pressure was decent. The AC worked perfectly, and I was able to do laundry during my weeklong stay. Marcia was an excellent host and communicated well. We even were able to do an early check-in because of availability. 10/10 would recommend.

Being resident in Brazil, I have been several times to Rio, but this place has greatly exceeded our expectations. Charming, warm, full of positive energy just consistently vintage as described. It inspires us to stay in the house and chat or read a book. Everything was clean, functional and well prepared to make the guests welcomed , including coffee:). Thanks Anna for your flexibility and your reception! We felt really at a friend’s house. Indeed my next stay every time will go to Rio !

A casa em si é perfeita!!! Valeu a pena cada centavo pago, acredito que foi a melhor casa que já alugamos no Rio e com o valor condizente ao que encontramos! Agradeço ao Juan que estava sempre pronto para nos ajudar... acho que a unica coisa que sentimos falta era umas frigodeiras melhores mas nada afetou nossa estadia. Muito obrigado Juan, quando voltar para o Rio sua casa estara na top 1 da minha lista!

I stayed at Sacha's Airbnb with a friend for nearly two weeks, and we were both very satisfied with our stay. Sacha is an excellent host – communication was great, he was flexible, and he always ensured that we had everything we needed. The apartment is exactly as described, clean, spacious, and provides ample room for a longer stay. It is very close to the beach, and all essential stores (supermarkets, pharmacies, and restaurants) are just a short walk away. I would definitely recommend his place to others and would certainly stay there again when I return to Rio. Thank you once again for the wonderful stay, Sacha!

Wir haben uns bei Maurizio und Fiorino sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Wohnung ist sehr gemütlich und befindet sich in einer tollen Lage. Das Gebäude hat einen 24h Pförtner. Sehr zu empfehlen! Gastgeber sind sehr freundlich und haben immer schnell auf Nachrichten reagiert. Gerne wieder!

This marks my third visit to Julienne's space and there are many reasons for that: a quiet, safe neighborhood that is not touristy but has a local feel. GREAT views. Flexible check in, responsive and pro-active. The space has all the needed amenities. Joao and Julienne helped me to locate tickets for the Flamengo game. I cannot recommend any of their properties enough for the solo traveler or couples looking to see more than just Copa and Ipanema. Santa Teresa is a lively neighborhood on the weekends and the even livelier Lapa is just a 10 minute ride away. The neighborhood has a trolley system being updated to make it even easier to enjoy the community. Book it!

Richard was a excellent communicator along with Edivania. Place was secure around a lot of food and grocery options. The apartment was spacious everything worked as described. Very clean and tidy just the way it looks in photos. Walkable distance to beach and ease of access in and out. Would highly recommend and will stay again. Thank you.

I stayed for a full month and loved it—I wanted to stay even longer! The house is exactly as described. Pros: Great neighborhood, easy access to the beach, and very dog-friendly. Sonia is wonderful. Cons: The street noise is constant and quite loud. Overall, I was very happy with my stay!

We are a large family with some members living in the US, some in Canada, some in Niteroi and some in São Paulo. As a group our ages range from 4 to 74. This was by far the best family vacation we have ever had. Everything exceeded expectations, from the house itself to the ease of dealing with very friendly and generous hosts. The very short walk to the beach means that several of us went for a stroll or a quick dip in the ocean several times a day. The beach scenery, which can be uniquely appreciated from the third floor of the house is spectacular. The house is large, clean, fully air conditioned and extremely comfortable. The swimming pool is excellent. I have no hesitation in giving this experience the highest recommendation -- we will definitely come back!

Great apartment, description and pictures are accurate. Very nice amenities (pool, gym, etc) in the condominium, large covered parking garage, and easy access to the beach. The area/neighborhood seemed very safe and appeared to be a popular spot for joggers. Excellent communication from the host, friendly and very quick to respond. Host was flexible, and in-person check in/out was extremely easy. Apartment was very clean on arrival. Mattresses were a little firm for me, but that's typical for Brazil. I would definitely recommend, and would stay here again.
