Very clean apartment. With the bedroom windows open and balcony doors open, you get a nice breeze. This unit has A/C in both the living room areas and bedroom if needed. Works great.. Small Television in the Living room, and bring a Firestick just in case you need more than Basic cable. Fyi.. Good stay.. Good find.. Good people.

We could not have asked for a better week. You really feel a sense of community staying here. Everyone that we encountered was so friendly and engaging. The condo itself was perfect. Walkable to two restaurants right on the beach in either direction and an easy drive down to the main grocery. This is my third time in Cabarete in less than a year and this has honestly been my favorite place that I have stayed. Alexander is awesome! Helpful and responsive right when you need him! I will definitely be back!

This was truly one of the nicest places I’ve ever stayed, and it made my birthday celebration truly memorable. From the moment we booked, Damaris and her team went above and beyond—so kind, helpful, and genuinely caring. It felt like we were talking to a family member, not just a host. They answered every question we had, gave us amazing recommendations, and made sure we had everything we needed for a perfect stay. The home itself was beautiful, spacious, and thoughtfully set up. Each of us had our own space to relax, but we were still able to be together and enjoy each other’s company. It was the perfect balance. You could tell a lot of love and intention went into every detail. I’m so grateful for this experience. Thank you to Damaris and her team for their warmth and hospitality that truly made us feel at home. God bless them—they played such a big part in making this trip so special for our family. I would recommend this stay a thousand times over.

El hospedaje es genial en todo el sentido de la palabra: privado, cómodo y una excelente ubicación. Todo fue exactamente como se describió y espero que conozcan a POCA, ella es una excelente persona, confiable, atenta y contesta bien rápido, es una persona que está dispuesta a colaborar para que tu estancia sea de lo mejor. Sin miedo a jurar, me atrevo a afirmar que este es uno de los mejores lugares en dónde me he alojado. ¡gracias por todo!

Ams’ place is clean and cozy. With all the essentials for a comfortable stay. However, I would prefer having an open area where one can take fresh air. If you prefer to stay in or just come to sleep this is the perfect place to be inside. Ams is a responsable and courteous host. Thank you!

the accommodation met our expectations, a newly built apartment house full of luxury and ready for guests, the staff is very pleasant... there are many opportunities for relaxation in the surroundings, the pool is beautiful, the view of the ocean is amazing... we will definitely return there......

Nick had one of the best AirBNB I have ever stayed at in my entire life. The room was clean and spacious and the staff were extremely helpful and friendly. I would recommend nick one hundred times over and I will definitely be back again soon.
