Comfortable house for the location next to the sea and very clean. Mrs. Giovanna was very helpful and nice.

The stay at Mario's place went very well, beyond our expectations. The accommodation is cozy, equipped with everything and quiet, despite being in a very central location. Mario and Mrs. Lisa, who welcomed us personally, are always available and prompt in their responses. Absolutely recommended.

We have now stayed in Uldrich's apartment for the second time. As with our first stay 3 years ago, the place was very clean and perfectly equipped! Uldrich responds exceptionally quickly to questions and is very helpful. Unfortunately, we only had time for two nights, but we enjoyed this time very much and recovered perfectly. If we are in the area again, we will definitely stay there again!

Super nice and great place. We felt right at home. We loved that the kitchen and fridge were so well equipped! We have never experienced this in any airbnb :) If we had any questions, we also received an answer immediately and the hosts are super sweet! s.Nicola is a really kind and welcoming person, able to make their guests feel at home and dedicate the necessary time for their tranquility. The apartment is very nice, a stone's throw from the sea and the minimakert/tobacco and restaurant. With its 16 kittens, the company will certainly not miss during the period of your stay. The environment is very clean and well cared for with all the necessary comforts will not leave you banned. The area is a little bare of activity, but getting around by car will never be a problem, other nearby villages are waiting for you

Anthony's apartment is beautifully decorated, very clean and spacious. The apartment is close to the main area of Soverato but far enough away that you area not disturb by all the activity going on. Also just a short walk to the beach area. Lots of restaurants nearby.

The accommodation was as described, clean, comfortable and easy to reach. Communication with Brigida was always clear, quick and efficient.

Private and peaceful place with two beaches and restaurants nearby (20/30 minutes walk and 4 minutes drive), Cafarone and Marinella. By car you have access to the rest of the coast lidos which are only 10/15 minutes drive from the place (Falerna marina) as well as, the airport and Lamezia Terme central station.

Beautiful place surrounded by olive trees where peace and tranquility reign supreme. Comfortable and tastefully furnished apartment. Beautiful swimming pool with comfortable deckchairs, sun umbrellas and shower. Supermarkets, restaurants and beaches are both equipped and free nearby. Saying fabulous is reductive...

Giuseppe's house has a very special flair. The amenities (windows, floors, kitchen, ...) are of high quality and stylish. The garden with seating possibilities and barbecue is well maintained and we really enjoyed trying the various citrus fruits. Since we arrived by plane (and rental car), it was very helpful that not only bed linen and towels but also a few basic foods (oil, vinegar, salt, sugar, ...) were available. Even wine and cookies were ready to welcome you. The location on the street was not an issue. Within walking distance you can easily get to the marina and also up to the place to the piazza... to the supermarket we drove a few minutes by car. We can definitely recommend this accommodation.

It was a real pleasure to stay in this beautiful house! The accommodation is as shown in the photos and the services mentioned are all available and included in the price. The views are stunning and you can get to the small beach via a fairly comfortable path, just a bit steep uphill. I will definitely be back, thank you for everything!

A cozy, comfortable and functional accommodation, a step away from the beautiful sea of Calabria (both free beach and establishment). Giuseppina is a helpful and friendly host, she responds quickly and gave us great tips for visiting local places. Highly recommended, we'll definitely be back!

It was a truly excellent stay, certainly thanks to the excellent climate that made us enjoy the house and this stretch of beautiful Calabrian Ionian coast even more. The villa was handed over to us by Luigi personally, who was very courteous in giving us all the information and advice. Minimal and well-kept environments, in excellent cleanliness. I highly recommend it for families and also for groups of friends who want to stay in a quiet place, a stone's throw from the sea and with beautiful surrounding landscapes to discover.

Lovely house with privacy at the beach. We were with 8 adults and that was very easy to do with the incredibly helpful co-host Andrea.

We enjoyed our stay very much. Listing is as described, all the preliminary information was a good fit. The location or proximity to the beach is very good. You only walk 3 minutes. Since we were on site in the late season, there were also very few people or only locals present there. It's unfortunate that very few speak English. From the property you can visit the supermarkets and restaurant by car. In Marina Davoli is a great gelateria Con Gusto and in Braci & Galici you can eat well. Larger selection of shops and restaurants is then in Soverato. The accommodation is well suited for family, as there is also a cot. We thoroughly enjoyed the stay. Thank you.

The place is perfectly matched to the photos and description. Completely renovated. Mr. Donatella welcomed us in person by explaining the apartment and explaining the operation of the appliances. To every clarifying message I wrote, she gave me punctual and precise responses. The fixtures are of good quality making it quiet. Highly recommended.

Arriving in the village was already special due to the ride up. The driveway takes about 10 minutes and gives a first impression of the view. A small mountain village with lots of charm and very friendly people. There is a pizzeria and also a small shop. The place is a very clean. We felt right at home there. It is so idyllic and prepared with a lot of love. If you like peace and quiet, this is the place to be Stefania and her family are very accommodating and intrusive. We will be happy to come back...

We really enjoyed our stay in Pizzo, in Maria's apartment, who was an exceptional host, adorable, responsive, understanding, especially when we arrived with a day of difference following a "misadventure" in Rome, she welcomed us with milk and cakes to comfort the children. The apartment is very large, with all the necessities for the kitchen, linens, 2 bathrooms, and 2 bedrooms, the equipment was perfect, and not to mention the essential air conditioning during the summer. The pool was very nice, and the beach within walking distance 300 meters. The residence was very quiet, ideal for our family. And in addition, a glacier close to the residence "Gelataria Enrico" to taste their artisanal and local ice cream, the "tartufo di Pizzo" which are a treat. The best cities to visit and beaches are Tropea, Scilla (Chianalea village), Pizzo, Reggio Calabria. Thanks again Maria for this stay, we highly recommend her apartment.

Book it! If you're considering this area of Calabria and you love beautiful views of the ocean, a quiet/peaceful small beach village vibe, and easy access to many of the nearby beaches, busier cities (e.g. Soverato and Catanzaro), and historical sites, THIS is your perfect spot. The views are spectacular (even better than the photos, if that's possible) - we woke each morning to the sunrise, enjoyed coffee while watching the sea birds, and the hearing the gentle waves hit the rocks below. Federico (Gabriella's son) was very helpful on anything we needed in terms of local restaurants, shops, etc. Definitely visit Alta Marea seafood shop for local seafood. And L'Arte del Grano for freshly baked bread. We can't wait to return!

Fell in love with the apartment especially the rooftop terrace where I had cuppa to watch sunrise each morning.Views great.Only downside had only 1 bar/restaurant that catered for Italians on their 2 weeks holidays.we couldn't get a seat or takeaway pizza.You need a hire car to get to shops but Short drive from airport and Pizzo.Its well worth a visit and The apartment has everything you need.We will be back and Alan and wife are great.

We arrived in Lamezia early in the day, although the check-in was scheduled from 2 pm according to the description. Since we wanted to check in earlier, we contacted the host and asked if the accommodation was ready to move into. She then very kindly and easily offered us another apartment at the same price, which was immediately available – that was really very attentive and helpful! Check-in went smoothly: We were warmly welcomed by the hostess's mother, who handed us the keys. Communication in advance and during the stay was always quick, friendly and reliable. The apartment itself was fine overall – simple but functional, with everything you need. The surroundings are quiet and rather remote – ideal for those seeking relaxation.
