Vacation rentals with a washer and dryer in Premià de Mar

We had a great time at this Airbnb! The apartment was clean and bright. It is conveniently located in the city center and close to transportation. The host was very responsive and thoughtful, giving us valuable tips to get to know the city . We particularly enjoyed going to have breakfast on the top floor of the Corte Inglés, located right next to the apartment and which has a magnificent view of the city of Barcelona. We highly recommend this listing and will be happy to go back!

Apartment was great,clean and 100% what someone needs for vacation! A little bit far from the center but easily accessible by train (40minutes) Laia was very friendly and helpful We are very pleased with our stay there.

Super responsive and helpful host. Apartment in a historic building, spacious and clean, there were 6 of us, very convenient location as the L3 metro (Poble-sec stop) to La Rambla was right outside the door. The street noises were felt but did not bother, rested well. Recommended.

The best home ever i stay!!!

Really enjoyed our stay at Martin's condo with a great view of the Mediterranean Sea. The decor is a touch opulent but not stuffy and extremely unique compared the more common "basic modern" design that most Spanish homes seen to be. From chandeliers to beautiful doorknobs, to the array of baking tools and spices, you get both visual pampering and practical upgrades at Martin's home. Cleaned well from top to bottom, and it has enough towels and pillows for our stay. Its location is not directly "downtown" Malgrat but is a 12min flat walk away with plenty of places to stop in case anyone in your party has accessibilty/mobility limits. Speaking of, the building's elevator is new and works great. Easy check-in, very short walk to beach, would stay here again.

Wonderful stay in Montse's apartment which is charming, functional, and above all in a great location! Fall asleep with the sound of waves and drink your coffee by the sea… a real joy! Montse was lovely for our entire stay! We will return without a second thought. Thank you.

We cannot thank Alain enough for being such a wonderful host and setting us up for the MOST FUN WEEK EVER in Sitges! The apartment is gorgeous! Beds were comfortable! Washer/Dryer were a huge help. The location is absolutely perfect if you're the type that wants to get out and socialize quickly but it's also awesome for relaxing after a long day at the beach. We can't wait to go back and we will definitely book Alain's place again! The ONLY (very small) issue was the electricity would go out if we had more than 2 appliances running (i.e. washer/dryer/AC) <- But I think that's related to the city's electrical grid.

The house is very nice. Big, clean, many facilities including swimming pool, internal elevator, gym. In the house, electric grill, coffee maker, dish washer, washing machine, dryer, everything you need is there. It’s so convenient. It’s so nice that out of my expectation! Moreover, it is conveniently located, 5-10 minutes walking distance to Lesseps metro station. All major tourist attractions are within 30 minutes ride. The house owner is responsive and responded quickly. I recommend this house without hesitation.

Andreu was super friendly and helpful throughout our whole month of staying at his beautiful house. The house is very spacious and perfect for large families. There is a door separating the stairs from the family room which is great to keep young children off the stairs. Highly recommended!

Very very very nice host. lovely Apartment

One of the greatest places we have stayed! All three children had their own rooms with wide beds which they enjoyed. Apartment is in a nice safe neighbourhood. The place is on four levels. Top floor was our favourite- besides tv-area it has a small cooking and dining space and nice small rooftop terrace. Washer/dryer was a pig plus. Also some juice, pastries and milk was provided, not many places have that :) Aldi is ca 10 min walk distance and there (by the shop) is also a free car parking zone. There are also some nice bakeries nearby (in old town). Nuria and her daughter (who met us) are really nice and friendly and made us feel welcome. We would definately stay there again! Thanks again! :)

Beautiful place to stay in Tossa! It's a bit tough to get to (pedestrian streets up to the door so can't park your car close by), but totally worth it for the lovely views and the sound of the ocean waves. We would definitely come back!

The house is spectacular with breathtaking views of the entire central Catalan prelitoral and Montserrat. The garage is very large and the facilities new and super clean. We didn't miss a thing. Very attentive and friendly hosts. All in all, a place to spend some quiet days enjoying the house and the views.

We stayed at Sylvie's villa at the at the end of October. The villa was amazing and as described by the pictures. The kitchen was fully equipped and easy to find everything. We used the BBQ a few times and also cooked in the villa. The pool was very popular with my two boys ages 12 and 13. With it being heated and lit at night they enjoyed it long into the evening. The villa is very private and we liked this. You do ideally need some form of transport for shops and beech etc but we had our car so ideal location for us. The villa was very clean on arrival and the pool maintained during our stay. Would definitely recommend a stay here :) Sylvie was very responsive to messages during our stay.

We had a great stay at this house. A garden with a barbecue, a swimming pool, a large table and sunbeds perfect for sunbathing, a large living room, a very well equipped kitchen, spacious and comfortable bedrooms. Located in a beautiful neighborhood, 15 and 30min (walk) from the city center and the beach respectively. The icing on the cake, José will welcome you with good humor as well as all the information you will need to make the most of your stay at Castelldefels!

We were very happy with our stay, the appartment is equipped with everything you might need. Shower was great and spacious bathroom. Wifi and aircon were also great as we had to wfh a few days. Peaceful location 15min walk to the beach. The one thing that could be improved is the bed which wasn't very comfortable with an old mattress and cushions that didn't provide much support. Overall a lovely stay and Jordi was very helpful and responsive. Thank you for hosting us!

Raquel’s place in Tossa de Mar is an absolute gem! Nestled in the Gothic historic area on the hill, it’s just steps away from breathtaking views of the Mediterranean. Even in the off-season, when most restaurants were closed, the charm of the town made for a beautiful and peaceful getaway. We found Dino’s restaurant nearby, which served delicious Italian food with incredibly kind and appreciative staff. The home itself was spotless and exactly like the photos. It was quiet, cozy, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Both bedrooms were very comfortable, and the two bathrooms with showers were a great convenience. The small refrigerator and kitchen were available, though we didn’t end up using them. The TV had Netflix, Amazon, and other streaming options, which was a nice touch for a relaxing evening. Check-out was seamless, with the housekeeper arriving promptly before 11 AM, eager to prepare the space for the next guest.

Great place, great location. Stayed here for two weeks visiting friends. It’s a lovely cozy apartment - the roof terrace with views over Sagrada Família is an absolute highlight. Eduard was super helpful, responsive and flexible. I would definitely stay again.

By the beach. You can walk along the beach to enjoy the sunshine if you get up a little bit early. The serenity keeps me in a good mood. Living here is just like home. And the host is really nice and helpful. Strongly appreciated.

Luis is a great host! He greeted us personally and walked through the apartment with us himself. The apartment is in a very good and central neighborhood with lots of shops and restaurants. The neighbors are all friendly and nice to us. I was with my mother and children, we felt very safe walking around even during night time. The apartment is very spacious and well equipped. We were very comfortable during our stay. I highly recommend this place to everyone.
