Die Wohnung liegt in einer ruhigen Gegend, jedoch nur wenige Gehminuten von einer U-Bahn- und Bushaltestelle entfernt. Auch eine Billa-Filiale sowie mehrere Restaurants befinden sich in der Nähe. Das Apartment ist modern eingerichtet, gemütlich und mit viel Liebe zum Detail dekoriert. Es bietet zahlreiche Möglichkeiten zum Entspannen – ob im Sessel, auf dem Sofa oder draußen auf der Terrasse. Auf der Terrasse laden eine Hollywood-Schaukel, ein Grill und stimmungsvolle Beleuchtung zum Verweilen ein. Alles war sehr sauber und ordentlich vorbereitet. Kornelie hat uns sogar eine Vase mit frischen Tulpen hingestellt – eine schöne Geste, die den ohnehin schon einladenden Aufenthalt noch besser gemacht hat. Die Küche ist großzügig geschnitten und bestens ausgestattet – sehr gut zum Kochen. Das Highlight für unsere größeren Kinder nach einem langen Tag in der Stadt war der riesige Fernseher mit vielen Streaming-Möglichkeiten. Kornelie ist äußerst freundlich, und hilfsbereit.

We stayed at this place for 1 month with 2 middle size dogs. Everything was perfect - central location 10 min away from big park to walk dogs, cafes, bars and grocery shopping. Very comfortable apartment with great view. We felt like at home, thanks for hosting

Nous avons été très bien accueillis par Jurij. Il a été réactif lorsqu'il nous manquait des choses ou que nous avions des questions et s'est toujours rendu disponible. Le logement est facilement accessible avec les bus 145 ou 152 depuis l'arrêt de métro/tram Kobylisy (métro C notamment). Le logement se trouve entre les arrêts Libenska et Cimice. D'ailleurs, du côté de l'arrêt Cimice, vous trouverez une petite superette ouverte de 6h à 23h ainsi qu'un ATM et une pharmacie. Pas loin il y a un Albert où vous pourrez faire vos courses jusqu'à 21h et pas loin de l'arrêt Repinska (avec le bus 152) vous aurez un Lidl. Si vous avez des enfants et que vous voulez allez au zoo ce sera également facile d'accès en prenant le bus 235 pas loin (arrêt Repinska). Le logement est situé dans un quartier calme et sécure. Il est très bien équipé y compris d'un grill intérieur très pratique pour faire cuire viande ou légumes rapidement pendant qu'on grignote des cacahuètes !

I had a wonderful stay at Stefan’s place in Slapy, Czech Republic! The house was clean, cozy, and equipped with everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The location was perfect for exploring the beautiful surroundings, with stunning views and a peaceful atmosphere. Stefan was a fantastic host—very welcoming, responsive, and helpful with local tips and recommendations. Pavel es un anfitrión magnífico, buena comunicación y disposición inmediata ante cualquier duda. La casa es tal como se muestra en las fotografías, bien equipada y con una buena calefacción para el duro invierno de Praga. Está situada en una zona residencial muy tranquila y agradable, con todo lo necesario cerca. A unos cientos de metros de la casa hay un LIDL y la parada del tranvía. Cogiendo el tranvía número 2, estás a 7/8 paradas del centro. Gracias a la amabilidad de Pavel, el último día pudimos dejar las maletas todo el día en la casa y recogerlas a media tarde. En caso de volver a Praga repetiríamos sin ninguna duda.

Vaclav a été bien arrangeant sur notre arrivée, et comunicatif 🙏. Logement ne manquant de rien, voir même plus, bien placé sur Prague. Quarter calme. Le logement est à 5 minutes à pieds de l'arrêt de bus 137, qui amène en 10 minutes au centre ville, c est top. Merci pour votre accueil.

Super ubytování a milý hostitel :-) doporučuji

Stayed here for two nights during a road trip from Italy to Finland. The location is excellent — quiet enough to have a good night’s sleep, but a short walking distance from main attractions. A number of pubs, resraurants and grocery stores close by. The loft (upstairs) has a good ceiling height; at 6’2’’ we managed fine. Downstairs can get a bit humid during rainy days and there is a trace of mildew; however, we did not find this a problem. We recommend NOT to arrive by car. Parking provided by host is safe, very close to the apartment and convenient, but expensive. Contrary to some reviews, we prefer checking in by meeting the host; I found the messaging/calling less stressful than using an e-portal. But again, YMMV. All in all, we RECOMMEND this place and would personally re-book it.

Great accommodation near Prague but still peaceful. Highly recommended if you travel with children, as it has a beautiful garden equipped a lot of toys and attractions to keep them entertained. The highlight of the accommodation was the included whirlpool, which after walking many kilometers in the city provided the ride hydro massage 😉 The hosts are awesome, full of recommendations and if you travel with with dog, it want be alone since the hosts have a beautiful and very friendly dog 🥰 All in all, I can only recommend the accommodation and we will definitely come back 🤩

Unserer Aufenthalt bei Tomas war fantastisch! Sein Cottage ist richtig urig und cozy. Am Lagerfeuer draußen oder drinnen beim Ofen, wir haben die Zeit sehr genossen. Unser Kind hatte auch super viel Spaß und es gab immer etwas zu tun für ihn, sodass die Eltern entspannen konnten :) Wir kommen wieder! Danke Tomáš :)

We really enjoyed our stay in Adela's fantastic flat! We felt at home, listening to old records of Ella Fitzgerald while drinking an excellent coffee, enjoying the cozy atmosphere of the place. If you seek a place with a soul, Adela's flat is a must! The neighbourhood is great, with a lot of restaurants, nice bars and cinemas. It is easily connected by tram to the city centre, but you can also walk through the park and get there in 30 minutes. Long story short: don't miss the opportunity to stay in Adela's place, it will be a strong added value to your trip in Prague!

Lovely house near the airport.

Jakožto skupině přátel se nám ubytování maximálně líbilo. Baráček je skvěle vybavený a byl čistý. Paní Nikola odpovídala vskutku rychle a vždy nám vyšla vstříc. Toto ubytování můžu vskutku doporučit!

Vše proběhlo v naprostém pořádku. Ubytování odpovídalo popisu a fotkám. Komunikace probíhala rychle a bezproblémově. Stejně tak jako bezkontaktní přístup do ubytování a následný odjezd. Krásné okolí pro procházky. Ocenili jsme i možnost vzít s sebou psa za malý příplatek. Děkujeme za ubytování, moc jsme si to užili.

Mohu ubytování a Michala jenom pochválit. Vše bylo v naprosté pořádku. Hostitel nás přivítal, vše vysvětlil a dal tipy, kam zajít na jídlo, jak se dostat do centra atd. Vřele toto ubytování doporučuji.

The studio is located at a quiet residential area, it is cozy and well-equipped. Marcela is friendly and easy to communicate with. I really enjoyed my stay, recommended!

We had a lovely stay. The flat is very well located, spacious, cosy and with lots of natural light. The heating worked well and there’s good noise cancelling. Everyone was lovely and helpful. The caffe located under the flat is really good, with delicious and varied breakfast options, which is a great perk!

Staying at Barthold's place was an absolute pleasure. The apartment is spacious and beautiful, with all the needed things. It has lovely paintings on the wallss, big windows, and everything that you need - so it feels instantly like home. The apartment is 3 minutes walk from a beautiful park - where I did daily walks, and has many wonderful cafes, restaurants and little shops in a walking distance. There is a small shopping mall 2 minutes walk - so you can get everything you need there. Many public transport lines that can take you directly to the city center, and one of Prague's most prominent museums - A delight for culture lovers. Barthold was an excellent host - very responsive and helpful for all my questions. This is an apartment I'll be returning to - I can't wait for my next visit. We arrived by plane and had good instructions to find the place. Quiet place -the appartment windows face a nice back side of the building-; small walk to restaurants and stores (find the Lidl near the trolley/bus stop, Albert a bit further away); easy to go in the town center for visits with buses, trolley, or metro. Good shower, good wifi, comfortable bed, had towels and sheets for the bed. We were very pleased with our stay.

S manželkou jsme se ubytovali na víkend a využili nedaleké podniky, ale i blízkost MHD a snadné cesty jinam po městě. Ubytování bylo příjemné bez nejmenších problémů. Velmi příjemné bylo i podlahové topení v koupelně!

Byt je krásný, čistý, v klidné lokalitě. Pohodlný pro dospělé i děti. Přestože jsem byt rezervovala večer, majitelé ihned reagovali. Mile odpovídali na všechny mé dotazy. V případě potřeby se ráda vrátím. Doporučuji.
