We enjoyed our stay. The property was comfortable, clean and had lots of space. This was not our original booking as the property owners asked us to change to this one from our original booking. This was a nice property and the location was good for us.

We needed a place to stay while we had work done on our home. This was close to our neighbourhood and therefore very convenient. The apartment was clean and very quiet. Would recommend for a cozy one bedroom stay.

Peter and Joanne's place was exactly what I needed. I stayed there for a week while I was working away from home and the place was the perfect relaxing home away from home. All the basic amenities were included and grocery stores and restaurants were all within a 5 min drive. The place was quiet and peaceful. Thanks Peter and Joanne for your hospitality.

This was the perfect place for our getaway weekend. It was clean, comfortable and peaceful. Andre was responsive and accommodating to our needs. We will definitely return for our next weekend away.

This place was great, and the host's Kary and Marilyn were excellent. Very responsive, and kind. The place was immaculately clean and is a beautiful suite that is well furnished. They had additional little welcome bottle there, and the kitchen is cozy, clean, and had everything that was needed for cooking etc. Comfy bed, excellent space and lovely living room. Great place to stay - no doubt! I would happily stay in again at length anytime things bring me to Red Deer!

Peter & Joanne were fantastic hosts, made us feel very comfortable and were very helpful with local recommendations and advice. There was everything we needed and the decor was lovely. They were really kind to our 2 young children, which meant a lot to us. Joanne keeps the garden beautiful and this really helped us to feel at home as we could make the most of the nice summer. This is my 2nd time staying in the lofts that are in this building and both times have been absolutely perfect. Paul is quick and friendly in his communication and the space feels spacious despite its small footprint.

We’ve all had the experience of showing up at an accommodation and being disappointed because the pics and description do not match the advertising.This can not be said about the Historic Downtown Lacombe experience.The photos do not do it justice!The building has been lovingly and considerately renovated and upon arrival the apartment feels like home.From the barn door constructed from timbers found on location to the hand cut brick tiles you will fall in love with the charm and attention to detail.There is plenty of space to socialize or get some alone time.Two oversized windows are new editions to the space and offer an ample view of downtown and the perfect place to people watch. Or wander across the street to Uglies Pub to sing some karaoke or grab a drink. The windows are also equipped with large blackout blinds so sleeping late is not a problem. Lacombe also boasts several exceptional cafes, restaurants and shops within walking distance. You will not be disappointed, book today!
