Kid-friendly vacation rentals in Pirin Mountains

Atanaska's house is the perfect base for skiing in Bansko or for hiking in Rila or Pirin. The house is close to the mountains, but located in a beautiful, quiet small village. The views from the balconies are breathtaking. The house itself is very modern and charming and has everything you might need during your stay. Atanaska is a wonderful host. She gave us very clear instructions and was always available to answer questions about the area. I recommend the house highly and look forward to our next stay.

Our stay at Petr’s place was great. The house was very clean and tidy. It was newly furnished and fully equipped. The surroundings are remote and quiet but still close to Sandanski. Pet and kids friendly which was very important to us. Petr was helpful and a very good host. Highly recommend!

We had an amazing stay at Kristina’s villa! The location is perfect—nestled in the mountains near Bansko and Razlog, offering breathtaking views and a peaceful atmosphere. The scenery is stunning in every season, with fresh mountain air and beautiful hiking trails right at your doorstep. The villa itself is cozy, clean, and well-equipped, making it a perfect retreat after a day of exploring. Kristina was a wonderful host, always responsive and helpful. Whether you’re looking for adventure or relaxation, this place has it all. Highly recommended!

Svetlomira is super friendly and helpful throughout our entire stay. The place itself is absolutely beautiful, fit well for our 3 families ski holiday. We all had a great time thank you. Will definitely recommend.

Gergana is the best host. she was friendly and helpful beyond our expectations. her place was well equiped clean and spacious. we only got to spend one night but we really enjoyed ourselves and would love to come back

This stay was one of the most incredible air bnbs I’ve ever stayed im. Not only was the house exactly as described but it had so much more with built in surround sound, amazing lighting and black out blinds I couldn’t recommend this stay more. Thank you for a special experience!

בית של Mihail מושלם לחופשת חורף. בית חם ,קמין עצים בסלון. מטבח מאובזר. 2 חדרי שינה ,בכל חדר 2 מיטות יחד. המיטות ומזרנים בסיסיים ביותר, אבל אחרי יום סקי לא הרגשנו . חצר פנטסטי אם אפשרות לעשות בשר על האש. נהנתי מאוד.

Fun, unique place to stay. There were only three of us...so there was WAY more space than we needed. Beds were very comfortable, everything was very clean and kitchen had everything you might need.

We stayed for 6 weeks. For 2 people Totally worth it. All worked great. Superb location close to Pirin street and a 15 min walk from the gondola. Only upgrade I would suggest is to get a washing machine. Otherwise you have to pay for laundry. Comfortable kitchen and bedroom. We did not get cold in the apartment and overall super good deal and nice stay

Rettenetesen örvendek, hogy Bojan lakásában szálltunk meg, ugyanis így az amúgy is fantasztikus síelési élmény még több elemmel bővült. Legelőször is élmény volt reggel a kávét a teraszon elfogyasztani, közben a távoli hegyekben gyönyörködni, az épp aznap reggeli arcukat fürkészni. Aztán, ami még egy nagyon nagy dolog 3 gyerekkel, hogy néhány perc alatt minden reggel pontban 8,00 órára kiértünk a lifthez minden fáradság nélkül, és élvezhettük az első csúszásokat, amíg még nem volt tömeg a sípályákon. A lakás kényelmes, tiszta, a konyha tökéletesen felszerelt, minden van, ami kell egy család ellátásához. A boltok közel vannak, este, síelés után néhány perc alatt be tudtam vásárolni vacsorához, reggelihez. Külön értékelem, hogy a lakásban vannak könyvek :) Bármi kérdésem volt, Bojan gyorsan és barátságosan válaszolt, hasznos útmutatásokat adott, így a síelésünk idén valódi élmény volt. Személy szerint Bojan lakását csakis javasolni tudom, bármikor újra itt szállnék meg!

Great apartment and has wonderful hosts. Some details that could be important for you. I have rented this apartment at ski season, so I was worried about the heating, there is amazing heating and hot water in the apartment. Close to the gondola, it's really 2 minutes walk. Also near some restaurants and supermarkets, so you will not be hungry. If you decide to sleep at night, here is also not a problem, good sound insulation, plus cuz it's a bit aside, noise from the party will not disturb you. They have a ski room so you can leave your wet clothes and ski/board. Fully recommend and for sure I will stay here again next time

Wonderful stay at Elenas apartment. Travelled as a solo visitor to have 4 days skiing and the apartment was everything I needed. It would comfortably host a couple. Enough amenities in the apartment and it was clean. Everything was as expected and easy to understand. Good WiFi, great location for skiing and very close to bars and restaurants. Check in was smooth, meeting her husband. I have stayed in this complex before and found floor 6 to be noisy from Jacks Bar, but I found this apartment quiet. Thank you for hosting us, I’d likely bring my girlfriend with me next year. Thanks again!

I spent eight days in Janee's apartment in Bansko, which was perfect, literally everything is as shown in the pictures and described in the comments. The location is excellent, a ten-minute walk to the gondola, close to shops and restaurants. The apartment is spacious, very clean and offers everything one needs, fully equipped kitchen, even the washing machine and a drying rack. The terrace is also nice and comfortable, the area is very quiet for a good rest. The bed is comfortable and has an electric blanket in case one needs it. The apartment is warm enough. Wi-Fi was perfect. Janee is very kind and proactive. She gave me clear instructions and I did not have any problems with the entrance and at leaving. Would definitely come back again and I honestly recommend this place.

1st time in Bansko for the skiing which I have to say was amazing. A 10 minute walk from the apartment to the gondola & ski pass ticket office or a 5 minute drive to one of many car parks which I opted for as I had a 9 & a 13yr old with me + ski equipment. Lots of really good places to eat in Bansko and pretty reasonable. If buying food to eat at home then there is a Lidl 10 minute drive away as the food shops in Bansko are expensive. Dimitar’s place was great with plenty of room for the 3 of us. 2 double bedrooms & a sofa bed. 2 bathrooms & a lounge + kitchen/diner. The beds were very comfortable with plenty of bedding & towels. The flat was warm. Actually had to turn the heating down as the flat holds the temperature really well. The balcony was nice also. We made use of the swimming facility which was great after a days skiing. Downstairs in the lobby is a small bar, pool table & restaurant. We walked into town every evening to eat which was pretty close. Many thanks.

We stayed here for a week to ski in Bansko and found it amazing. A lovely, modern apartment, spotless, and the perfect size for two couples. Everything we needed was available. With only a 5 minute walk to the gondola station, and on the Main Street with restaurants/ bars, it was the perfect location. Host was very responsive with fast replies and very helpful with any questions we had. Would definitely recommend!

This place was so lovely, clean bright and modern. All the family loved it. We have stayed in Bansko for 13 years and this is the nicest place we have stayed and would stay again. So well equipped pots, pans , air fryer ! Walkable distance to gondala and town centre. Definitely stay again ☺️

We stayed as a family of four for a ski holiday and the apartment was in a perfect location to be able to walk to a gondola and to access all the local amenities including restaurants and supermarkets. Anna was really quick at responding when I did have a question. The apartment is really comfortable and offers everything you need for a lovely holiday including beautiful Mountain views. Will certainly stay here again. Highly recommend!
