This lovely apartment is located on the first floor of a recently renovated house , in a beautiful area,just next to the church square of the Panagia Limnia church. It has 3 bedrooms,sleeping 5 people, a bathroom, a kitchen and big roof top terrace.The roof top is nice and spacious and is perfect for stargazing the Moon.The Old Port and the Main Street are on a few minutes walking distance.There is a parking area nearby, and the first beach and bus stop number 4 it’s only 5 minutes away.

A beautiful house (90m² on 2 floors) with a view to the old port. Near comodities (bus station, shops, restaurants...) 3 minutes by walk to the port 5 minutes by walk to the sea; this charming house is perfect if you want to spend holydays with your family or with friends in a greek surrounding. In the yard (25m²) you can have dinners... And on the 1st floor there are one balcony and terrasse (6m²)surrounded by the sun and with a view. When the house is rented, nobody share it with you.

The place was lovely, it really had a vibe of an old Mediterranean costal house. The place is very spacious and comfortable for us as a family of three with a small child. It was also very clean, which is super important to us. I would also highly recommend it for two couples because each would have a comfy bedroom. The place is super near to the sea, local shops and restaurants. There is a local beach which is ok, while two nice small hidden beaches are 5 mins away by car. Marios was super friendly, responsive and polite. We recommend this place.

הבית היה חמוד מאוד, בשכונה שקטה. בסיס נח לשלל כיווני הנסיעה במזרח פיליון. יש לקחת בחשבון שלכל מקום צריך רכב. נקי מאוד. יש מגבות וסדינים נוספים למקרה הצורך. 2 המיטות הזוגיות מאוד נוחות. מזגן בשניים מחדרי השינה. תגובה מהירה ויחס לבבי מהמארח שגם סיפק את הסברי הצ׳ק אין והמיקום של הבית באופן מדוייק. הבית מצויד לתפארת. אינטרנט מצויין. סביבות החוץ קסומה ונעימה עם סוכת גפנים חמודה. אנחנו מאוד נהנינו מהשהות בנכס וממליצים בחום.

Cosy and quiet house at Platanidia

We spent a few wonderful days in Apostolis’s house. The place is very beautiful and calm, the sea is in 5 min walking distance. The house is super comfortable, cozy, clean and equipped with everything needed. Garden with olive and orange trees, big terrace, easy parking, supermarkets in less than 5 min driving, beaches and restaurants in 10-15 min by car. Great place to explore Pelio! Apostolis is very kind, friendly and hospitable. I highly recommend this place!

+Μας υποδέχτηκε η κα Κατερίνα, η οποία ήτανε εξυπηρετικότατη.Μας έδειξε το σπίτι κ μας πρότεινε μέρη για φαγητό. Όταν δυσκολευτήκαμε να ανάψουμε τα ξύλα του τζακιού, τα οποία ήτανε νωπά από την υγρασία κ την βροχή, άμεσα μας έφερε στεγνά κ μας βοήθησε να την ανάψουμε +Το σπίτι ήτανε ζεστό, υπήρχε καλοριφέρ κ κλιματιστικό για θέρμανση(Χρειάζεται να προστεθούν επιπλέον χαλάκια στο σαλόνι κ στην κουζίνα, καθώς μεγάλη επιφάνεια ήτανε ακάλυπτη,οπότε απαγορευτική για παιδιά που παίζουν κάτω) +Το μπαλκόνι είχε θέα την θάλασσα +Το μπάνιο πολύ ωραίο, πρόσφατα ανακαινισμένο(Ένα κουρτινάκι στο παράθυρο είναι απαραίτητο) +Η κουζίνα σε άριστη κατάσταση(Θα χρειαστεί η προσθήκη μιας τοστιέρας, λίγο λάδι κ αλάτι) +Στην μπαλκονόπορτα του σαλονιού και στο παράθυρο του μπάνιου υπήρχαν αλουμίνια, σε αντίθεση με τα παράθυρα στις κρεβατοκάμαρες που ήταν κλασικά ξύλινα. Ξύλινη και η κυρία είσοδος, η οποία θέλει επιδιόρθωση. Το προτείνω ανεπιφύλακτα, θα το ξαναπροτιμήσουμε!! Ευχαριστούμε για την διαμονή !!

On arrival Dimitrios's father in-law welcomed us to paradise and he was right. The views and proximity to the beach were outstanding. The location was peaceful and calm. The views, and especially sunsets, are sublime. A very 'Greek' restaurant in the village was a short walk away but we generally felt reluctant to travel beyond the flat and beach. This must be one of the dreamiest locations. Nature has gifted Dimitrios generously! The flat itself is comfortable and well equipped. The kittens were an added pleasure.

We adored our stay at Thavama Summer House. The location and view from the living room are stunning, and I could have sat there for hours!🌊🍋 The accommodation iwas clean, bright, comfortable and we felt right at home- with everything you need for a stay. The terrace is so lovely to sit out on for any time of day. 💛 The location is peaceful, however there is a kiosk only a 3 minute walk away, a gorgeous beach 5 minutes away, and you are only 10 minutes away from the beautiful town and harbour. We didn’t have a car and everything was so accessible by foot.There is also a bus stop right outside and the bus links are excellent and such a good price! 🐚🚌 Thanasis is such a responsive and friendly host- answering our questions, including about transport from the airport, he came over to show us how to use the thermostat as we asked about this, and had the property cleaned, linens changed, etc, halfway through our stay! 💕 Check-in and finding the house was easy. We loved Carlas place. We had a little trouble locating it due to a poor phone signal and the taxi driver refusing to drop us anywhere but the port. Once we arrived it was a perfect location for the beach, bars and restaurants which were all within walking distance. Carla’s communication was great and she was very helpful. Would definitely recommend and we hope to stay here again.

Η διαμονή μας για τις μέρες του Πάσχα ήταν πάρα πολύ ωραία και ξεκούραστη. Το σπίτι ήταν μεγάλο άνετο και πολύ βολικό πού είχε δύο μπάνια Ήταν πλήρως εφοδιασμένο με ότι μπορεί να χρειαζόμασταν (κουζίνα, μπάνια, υπνοδωμάτια) Πόλυ ωραία διακόσμηση και με "βολικές" λεπτομέρειες Ήταν όλα προσεγμένα μέχρι την τελευταία λεπτομέρεια Και επειδή το σπίτι δεν είχε άλλη κράτηση την επόμενη μέρα η κυρία Anneli και μας άφησε να μείνουμε περισσότερο από την ώρα του check out, μας το πρότεινε από μόνη της και αυτό μας βόλεψε πάρα πολύ Το μόνο αρνητικό ήταν ότι είχε σκόνη σε κάποια σημεία

Ένα υπέροχο σπίτι με όμορφες παραδοσιακές πινελιές που φανερώνουν την αγάπη και το μεράκι!!! Υπέροχη τοποθεσία και θέα στο Αιγαίο πέλαγος για να πιεις τον πρωινό καφέ (και όχι μόνο) και να απολαύσεις την ομορφιά της Ανατολής του Ηλίου! Το σπίτι είναι εξοπλισμένο με όλες τις συσκευές που χρειάζονται!!! Εκτός από τις ομορφιές του Πηλίου, αυτό που έκανε εξαιρετική την παραμονή μας από την αρχή ήταν το ζεστό καλωσόρισμα από τη Βικτωρια και τον σύζυγο της και το ενδιαφέρον τους και τις χρήσιμες πληροφορίες τους τόσο πριν την άφιξη μας, όσο και την μέρα της αναχώρησης μας!!! Σας ευχαριστούμε για τις όμορφες στιγμές χαλάρωσης που περάσαμε στο σπίτι σας και με το καλό εύχομαι σύντομα να ξαναέρθουμε!!!

בית מקסים על הים בחוף יפהפה ושקט. מתאים למי שמחפש שלווה בשקט על החוף. אין טלויזיה, מיזוג אוויר וכאלה - זה לא בית מפנק במובן הזה. אבל זה כן מקום פשוט, מסודר, נקי מאוד שנמצא ממש על החוף הכי יפה באיזור. רוב הזמן היינו לבד לגמרי בחוף, בטח בשעות הערב ובבוקר. היינו בספטמבר, אני מניח שביולי אוגוסט המצב עמוס יותר. תאודור היה מקסים ועזר בכל מה שהיה צריך.

Our family with 2 children had an amazing stay. Christos was a great host. A personal message and some delicious gifts reached us during our arrival. The location is stunning. High quality furniture and beautiful style with a great view on the see. Every aspect (toys and games for children, totally equipped kitchen, cozy linen toothpaste …) is considered to really feel welcomed and cosy. We would love to come back. A big thanks to Christos!!
