From the welcome at Natelier by all staff, the session itself and the Pasteis de Nata and orange juice at the end, everything was perfect.
As a solo traveller I was a bit unsure but everyone was really friendly and we had some great conversations about travelling around Portugal while measuring, kneading and stirring.
Would definitely recommend this session

The perfect hands-on introduction to pastel de nata. The chef was knowledgeable, engaging, and funny. Each guest got to make and eat their own pastries, and the recipe is simple enough that you can make it at home after learning in class. I highly recommend this experience
