What you’ll do

Meet and greet

Welcome to Nat'elier, our unique bakery dedicated to Portuguese custard tarts. Let's break the ice in a semi-private room, and get ready to bake!

Prepare the dough

Each participant will have the opportunity to learn how to make puff pastry from scratch (easy to replicate at home!), starting with making the dough.

Turn dough flaky

With the guidance of our chefs, learn to make laminated puff pastry, to give your pastries the signature flakiness of a genuine pastel de nata.

Fill and bake

Prepare and bake your Pastéis de Nata. All the pastries are labeled so that you prepare the same ones you'll get to taste in the end!

Learn history

While the pastries are in the oven, learn a little about the history of Pastel de Nata, and get ready to sample your delicious creations.

Taste and celebrate

Enjoy your warm & fresh custard tarts with a barista crafted drink. At the end of the masterclass, you will also receive a Certificate of Achievement!
Hosted in English and Portuguese
