Nat’elier was created to celebrate the craft, tradition, and pleasure of pastel de nata in the heart of Lisbon. Our experiences take place inside our working bakery and are led by professional pastry chefs, all trained by our head pastry chef and co-founder, Chef João Batalha, a fifth-generation pastry chef. This ensures each class reflects the same care, technique, and welcoming spirit that define Nat’elier.
