“…This was a wonderful stay for our first time to Panama City. We thoroughly enjoyed the Casco Viejo neighborhood and this place was so convenient to everything there. As mentioned in other posts and by the hosts themselves, this location is in immediate proximity to people whose economic circumstances seem much less fortunate. That said, the people we saw seemed in good spirits and we had no issues. We did notice the police presence throughout the neighborhood, but it didn't seem intrusive. There were no shortage of places to eat and drink and the Ubers were always easy to get and very inexpensive. We also enjoyed the private rooftop space and the shared pool. The staff here was so friendly and it was comforting to know someone was there 24/7. In addition, the host was always responsive. Furthermore, the attached restaurant is fantastic and we loved the complimentary beverage we received for staying in the building. We would definitely stay here again!…

It felt very safe (both the area & due to security available at all times) & it was within walking distance of everything - sights, restaurants, stores (great grocery store nearby - Rey). I also felt like you get a glimpse of the everyday life of the locals since they are right next door. It was the ultimate location for us. The apartment itself was also perfect! Secure, clean, comfortable, & beautiful. I would recommend this exact unit to anyone that was thinking of using the area. The front desk staff was friendly & the host was very responsive. We really enjoyed our stay & our accommodations were a big part of that!…
