Apartment vacation rentals in Original Highlands, Louisville

This is the second time I have stayed and I'll be back again. Check in is easy. The bed is comfortable. The room is clean. It's a hidden gem.

The place was excellent, accurately described and even though we had a short stay I would mind to stay there for longer. Very nice and clean.

Heather is the perfect host. Very kind and accommodating. She offers great suggestions on things to in Louisville and best places to eat. The apartment is impeccably clean and well appointed. The kitchen has all the appliances and dinnerware one would need. The porch is a plus. Very nice to sit out there and read on a warm day. We would certainly love to stay in Heather’s lovely apartment the next time we are in Louisville!

Absolutely loved our stay! The property was spotless, in a very safe and quiet location, and close to everything we needed. The host was incredibly friendly, responsive, and made everything so easy from check-in to check-out. It was a perfect home base for exploring the area, and we’re already planning our next trip back. Couldn’t recommend this place more!

Ben was such a friendly and genuine host, the neighbors were welcoming, the place was spotless and cozy (the squish of the couch tho! 🥰), and the location is just DARLING, so walkable and quaint and charming. Worth your stay! My partner and I had a wonderful time with our pup.

A beautiful property! I hated to leave! The Airbnb was beautifully decorated and immaculate. Covered free parking on the level of the unit made it easy to access. The step by step instructions were detailed extremely well, which made everything hassle free. Text messages and emails were promptly answered, and the communication overall was superior. Also, the Airbnb is in an upscale community, which is safe and walkable to coffee shops, breakfast cafes, and some really good eateries. Parks and safe walking spaces are all around. Loved this Airbnb and will definitely stay there again.

Great location, so close to so many great places

Great location and great host. Zion was very responsive and helpful with inquiries. We’d definitely stay again. It was close to the expo center which was great for a weekend of volleyball there. Neighborhood was nice with a lot of restaurants close enough to walk to. Highly recommend.

We stayed here while our daughter played in a volleyball tournament. The location was conveniently located just a short drive from the Expo center where she played, the downtown area and a lot of restaurants. The house was beautiful, clean and comfortable. Would definitely stay again if ever back in the area!!

Great place to stay in a great location. Our group stayed during nulu bock fest and this was perfect for that. Very good communication from the host as well!

This apartment is such a cool space. It's very thoughtfully decorated and arranged. And the Highlands was a perfect neighborhood for our group. I couldn't have asked for a better setting and homebase for our trip and couldn't recommend Lisa's apartment more. It really went beyond our expectations and Lisa went equally above and beyond as a welcoming host. We had an unforgettable time, and Lisa and her place were a big part of it. Thanks, Lisa!

Beautifully decorated, excellent location, and very walkable to downtown attractions! We would definitely stay here again, particularly in the warmer months to enjoy the beautiful rooftop patio.

Sia's apartment was the perfect, quiet location for the event we were attending at the EXPO Center. The apartment included everything we needed for our stay, and I appreciated extra things like the Brita pitcher in the fridge :) Sia is extremely quick to respond to messages. Thanks for a great stay!

We enjoyed our four nights in Brittany’s neat apartment. Everything we needed was provided. The space was clean and comfortable. The decor was great. The bed was so comfortable. Brittany left some local snacks and drinks which had us searching in the area for some to take home ourselves! We would definitely stay here again.

The host was responsive and helpful and went above and beyond to help us get into the space seamlessly. He responded to any question quickly and the space was immaculately clean! We will definitely stay again in this beautiful space in a really neat area.

Our place was exactly as described. Our host was very responsive, gave us very clear instructions on how to enter and exit the bldg, and great recommendations on delicious places to eat close by. During checkout, We forgot something and the host contacted us immediately to let us know. I would stay here again and I also highly recommend it.

5 stars isn’t enough! Staying here was an absolute dream! From the moment I walked in, I was blown away by how clean, stylish, and well-stocked the apartment was. It had everything I needed for a comfortable stay—and then some! The location is unbeatable, right in the heart of downtown Louisville, with easy access to amazing restaurants, live music, and local attractions. But what really sets this place apart are the incredible amenities. The rooftop lounge with skyline views was the perfect place to unwind after a long day. The fitness center was fully equipped, clean, and spacious—way better than your average hotel gym. And having secure parking made everything hassle-free. The hosts were responsive, friendly, and clearly put a lot of thought into creating a welcoming, luxury experience. Whether you’re in town for work, play, or a little of both, you won’t find a better place to stay. I’ll absolutely be booking here again next time I’m in Louisville!

Wow, this place is very unique! First of all, read the description carefully, because it is very truthful and accurate. Second, the gated parking is very nice. The layout is a little separated but works for groups. The hot tub is great!

We stayed here for our family’s spring break trip! It was awesome! We loved the amenities of the building and everything was super clean. We loved being able to walk to so many places! We will absolutely be back!

Our family had an enjoyable stay at Devins's Place. Great location for nightlife, restaurants and events.

Tyler was a gracious host. He was very responsive and flexible. the apartment was adorable! we loved the furnishings and the beds were super comfortable. everything was clean and we loved that there was popcorn and hot chocolate available for us.

We had a great stay at Devin’s place. His instructions were detailed, and he and his team were very responsive throughout our visit. We especially enjoyed being able to relax in the hot tub for a bit between our morning activities and dinner. We would highly recommend this spot for anyone visiting downtown Kentucky, and we definitely plan to book with Devin again at this property the next time we are in Louisville!
