Aparthotel vacation rentals in Nord-Pas-de-Calais

Tout s'est très bien passé, je recommande cet appart hôtel grand, propre et bien placé. Nous avons pris le petit déjeuner en supplément et nous sommes régalés !

My stay was very nice! Kitchen was spacious and provided me exactly what I needed during my short stay.

RAS Residence is the ideal place to stay for my work in Brussels. The staff are polite, friendly and very helpful. They are more like hosts in a home than impersonal staff in a hotel. But the rooms are spacious and modern with every comfort one could ask for. The location is also excellent. The street it is on is very quiet at night and the rooms are dark (curtains or shutters) - great for sleeping. But the nearest supermarket and excellent restaurants (local, Argentinian, Vietnamese-Thai, etc., and pubs) are only one or two blocks away. A laundromat is also only two blocks away. Different EU offices and banks are also within walking distance - 1 to 3 blocks. Most important, the Schuman train station to the airport, three Metro stations on two different lines are also only 2-3 blocks away. One could not ask for a more convenient, comfortable and welcoming place for your stay in Brussels.

Nous avons été accueilli comme si nous étions de la famille. Bil est attentionné, prévenant et incroyablement sympathique. Il souhaite vraiment que notre séjour se passe bien et se pli en 4 pour ça. L'appart hôtel est lui aussi super avec un très bon emplacement et une deco très sympa. Merci encore.

Wouter is een zeer gastvrije host. Het grote appartement voldeed volledig aan de beschrijving en verwachting. Ingang van t landgoed is ondanks de beschrijving best moeilijk te vinden, maar dat blijkt bewust zo volgens Wouter. Ideaal verblijf voor dagje Gent via openbaar vervoer. Ligt 5 min van station, trein brengt je voor €5 in 10 min naar Gent. De tram brengt je voor €2,5 in 15 min in hartje centrum.
