Family-friendly vacation rentals in New River

Great location, hoat was so excellent. We made a great family trip at this home, well maintained and suppliers are in good. Host also cheking everything ahead of time. Thanks again for being host to make our trip with good memories.

This home is in a nice quiet neighborhood with easy access to oldtown Scottsdale, grocery stores, and restaurants. Was with our family of four two adults and two adult kids, looking to catch up and relax, elderly folks nearby. Home was cozy with all amenities enjoyed the backyard with pool, hottub, elevated balcony with view of Camelback Mountain. Spatious interior with master, nice stocked kitchen etc. Enjoyed strolling around the neighborhood. Definitely felt at home and would love to visit again!

We had a great stay! BonVoyageAZ was extremely friendly and communicative. The house was very clean and looked exactly like the listed pictures. Would definitely recommend to others!

I have to say I was concerned about sharing a house with someone else, but Karen was just the sweetest kindest person ever. I hope she didn’t mind my mother and I always wanting to chat and spark up a conversation. She didn’t seem to. She was lovely. Ken communicated Anytime. I had a question before I arrived. I love the neighborhood. There’s so much stuff around there food coffee shopping what else do you need. I definitely took advantage of the putting green in the back. Got to hit around some balls for fun. The house was very calm great energy and quiet, the house was stocked with everything you need and the neighborhood was so cute. It was easy to get in and out, and I had no problems at all. I would definitely stay again.

Nice big place. The three master bedrooms with bathrooms sold us. Location was close to everything we needed. Communication was great.

We very much enjoyed our time at Evelyn's place. It is a very quiet spot, and the pool and spa were lovely. The kichen is very well equipped with tons of plates, mugs, etc as well as a good stock of spices and other helpful items. The patio has a large covered area which we really appreciated as the weather was hot!

Great place! The home was clean and had everything needed. Paul was awesome and responsive. The clubhouse / play area was great. We’ll be back every time we’re in area.

This place was very nice and very comfortable. Lot's of little thoughtful extras were there when we arrived....Water in the refrigerator, laundry detergent, soap, shampoo's, and even enough hangers in the closet. He stayed in constant communication to make sure we had everything we needed. We stayed for 12 days and it was great for our stay.

Amanda's place was amazing for myself and our family. it is easily accessible and that huge back yard was a plus for us with our fur babies. I would recommend Amanda's place to others with pets. we hope to stay again when we come back to Phoenix.

Perfect spot to stay while in town for spring training baseball. We enjoyed morning coffee (so grateful for the half & half in the frig!) in the backyard morning sun. Great kitchen & plenty of comfortable spots to relax in the house.

The Freeman’s Casita in Phoenix is PERFECT IN EVERY WAY. We had a lovely and comfortable stay while passing through on our way to Texas. Don’t be misled by the listing photos showing two queen beds—this charming casita actually has just one queen bed. The hosts, Peggy and Phil, change the bedding entirely (likely for OSHA purposes), but it was fresh, clean, and very comfortable. A helpful tip: Be sure to unzip the black book between the two barrel chairs. It’s packed with great local recommendations and useful information to make your stay even more enjoyable. Peggy and Phil provide everything you need for a relaxing visit. Just bring yourself, settle in, and enjoy the cozy surroundings. Highly recommend this sweet spot for anyone traveling through the area!

We’ve stayed in dozen of Airbnbs and could not reccomend this place more. Victoria was very responsive and friendly. She went above and beyond to ensure we were able to check in early and enjoy the pool and patio with the little time we had. We forgot a few items and she ensured to mail them back. The house is in a great location close to restaurants and grocery stores. I was very surprised to see how much food the hosts provide - plenty of cereal, milk, bread, eggs, and chocolates.

The Casita suited us to a tee. Just the right amount of everything. Privacy wall allowed our small dod access to the outside. Very comfortable. Hosts were wonderful.

Charles was very helpful and had great recommendations. Had a good time walking around the area with our doggo!

This house did not disappoint! When it comes to picking a place to stay, I tend to worry about what we will end up with! However, this house was exactly what we were looking for. One that was in a quiet, peaceful and beautiful neighborhood. There were well laid out instructions available and Kevin was very quick to answer any questions we came across. We will definitely be looking for this house again anytime we are back in the area!

The place was great! Lots of space and rooms in the home for our family of 5. The backyard was very spacious and relaxing. The outdoor cooking area was fantastic. Bradley was very responsive and answered all questions etc. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone wanting to vacay in Phoenix! Thank you Bradley!

Highly recommend Lisa’s place! The pool was amazing, had lots of pool toys for the kids. House was beautiful, spotless and comfortable. Kitchen has everything you would possibly need. 10/10 stay

We totally enjoyed the home and location. Pool was great the Bar area and outdoor TV came in handy during NCAA Tournament. Bedrooms and beds were very comfortable and the kitchen had everything we needed. We loved the sunsets!

Great host and house in a convenient location near downtown Scottsdale!

We had a fantastic time here. Lots of room for our entire family, and they all especially loved the pool area. Issues were minor, and quickly responded to by Nikki. Would highly recommend!

Very easy to get to. Everything you need is close by. If you forgot anything , Melody has it for you. We were there for a month with two dogs and we enjoyed every minute. It was March so the unheated pool would deter most but we are from Canada so we got right in. We’ve stayed at other Air b/b for a month and always run out of paper towel /toilet paper etc the first week. Not here. They keep everything stocked up. Very attentive and kind hosts. This Airbnb was exactly what it looked like. The hosts were very proactive about everything, the communication was 10/10. They thought of everything and communicated it with me or had it in the home. It was so close to everything!! Over amazing experience.
