Vacation rentals with a fireplace in Mühlbach am Hochkönig

We had a lovely week skiing and staying in this apartment. Lots of space and comfortable stylish furniture. We all loved it.

Peer is a fantastic host—warm, welcoming, and incredibly informative! He was super flexible with our late arrival (traveling with two babies), provided all the necessary information about the house, and was always happy to help with any request, like an extra heater. He also gave us great recommendations for local places to visit and eat. Peer’s house is even bigger than it looks in the photos! The living room is huge, the garden must be amazing in the summertime, and the surrounding views are absolutely breathtaking. This was my first holiday in the German Alps, but as a complete package—host, house, location, and atmosphere—I don’t think we could have found anything better! The village has plenty of great spots to try local cuisine and family-friendly attractions. If you love walking, there are beautiful trails right on your doorstep, and within a 30-minute drive, you can discover some truly stunning places and scenic routes. Would we recommend it? 200% yes!

Hermanns place was cozy with lots of natural light and character. Great fenced in backyard, perfect for our dog. Very easily accessible to multiple skiing areas and extremely accessible from the Autobahn. Many options for grocery shopping and eating nearby. Hermann was extremely helpful and friendly. We will definitely visit again!

Wir 2024/2025 zwischen den Jahren für eine Woche mit zwei Familien (4 Erwachsene 5 Kinder) in dem Chalet in Annaberg. Das Chalet ist super gelegen, direkt an der Skipiste und auch gut zu erreichen. Die Ausstattung der Küche war wirklich vollumfänglich. Wir haben nichts vermisst. Das Chalet selbst ist schön aufgebaut, gut ausgestattet und bietet einen tollen Blick auf die umgebenden Berge. Wir haben uns dort sehr wohl gefühlt. Leider hatte wohl vorher jemand in dem Chalet geraucht (ist eigentlich nicht erlaubt), weswegen es im Untergeschoss nach kaltem Rauch gerochen hat. Der Vermieter hat hier schnell versucht über einen Raumduft zu helfen, was aber leider nur das Symptom gemindert hat. Aber da steckt man als Vermieter auch nicht drin und wir waren dankbar über die angebotene Hilfe.

Die große Unterkunft von Jakob ist super cozy und in jeder Ecke gibt es etwas zu bestaunen. Im großen Garten kann man Grillen und die Umgebung ist wunderbar zum wandern. Jakob ist immer schnell erreichbar und freundlich. Man fühlt sich dort sehr wohl und kann entspannte Abende am Kamin genießen. Die Badezimmertüren könnten ausgewechselt werden bzw ein neues Schloss angebracht werden, sonst muss man etwas kreativ werden. Ansonsten war alles super.

Wir haben uns sehr wohl bei Andrea und Gottfried gefühlt. Das Haus hat alles was man benötigt, die Lage war für uns perfekt um von dort in mehrere Skigebiete zu fahren. Die Kommunikation war unkompliziert, man hat schnell eine Antwort erhalten und auch der ein oder andere Sonderwunsch war kein Problem. Wir waren rundum zufrieden und können die Unterkunft wärmstens empfehlen.

We had the most perfect stay at Roxanna’s house. We stayed for 8 nights and felt right at home. The house is beautiful, warm and welcoming. We enjoyed the option for privacy downstairs while the kids slept upstairs. We would definitely come back next time♥️

Beautiful lake house in the very peaceful Grundlsee! We were 2 couples and rented this house for 3 nights to do trips to Hallstatt and Gosau. We wish we had more time! Grundlsee is a lovely and peaceful lakeside town with a walkway along the lake. We enjoyed taking a afternoon stroll along the lake. Get a bottle of wine or beer and have a picnic next to the lake with sunset, it's so special. The house itself have ample room for 4 adults. Two big living spaces, washing machine and adequate kitchen appliances. We wish there was a microwave oven, that is the only thing that we missed in the kitchen. Otherwise you have everything you need to self cater for a family. We appreciated the welcome drink and local snacks the host left us, made us feel very welcome :)

Very comfortable and clean accommodation. Correct and quick information, easy to find. We went for less but the host refunded the difference! Thank you very much, we had a great time skiing in Katschbergen!

We felt very comfortable and cozy in the house, we appreciated the peace and quiet of the surroundings and the beautiful view, as well as the spacious balcony where we could sit with a glass of wine... Johannes came to welcome us and was very kind to us...

Wir hatten einen super Aufenthalt in einem der tollen Appartements der „Alten Bildhauerei“. Wir haben alles wie in der Beschreibung/ auf den Fotos vorgefunden: modern, sauber, einfach wunderbar! Die Unterkunft hat die perfekte Ausgangslage für die verschiedensten Aktivitäten. Der Check-In/ Check-Out war super einfach und flexibel. Die Sauna hat den Aufenthalt perfekt gemacht. Tolle(r) Gastgeber!

The place is awesome! It was convenient and warm. We had everything we need in order to cook. It is nice for a relaxing vacation. Although there were ants everywhere we enjoyed it very much.

Wir hatten eine wunderbare Zeit in Reinholds Wohnung! Sie war sehr gemütlich, sauber und gut ausgestattet. Auch die Lage ist perfekt für einen Städtetrip in Salzburg. Nach einem langen Tag in der Stadt kann man hier gut entspannen und die Zeit genießen. Reinhold ist ein sehr herzlicher, weltoffener und hilfsbereiter Gastgeber. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!

A casa de Thomas fica numa região montanhosa muito bonita, com supermercado, farmácias e tudo bem perto. Muita próxima a Salzburg e também da rodovia que vai para outras cidades, como Bad schl, St Gilgen e Wolfgang. A casa é muito agradável e aconchegante. Recomendo a estadia.

een zeer proper, aangename woning. perfecte locatie en woning voor een familie vakantie met een grote groep. alles is tip top inorde. Robert is een zeer vriendelijke en beleefde host. we kregen meteen een warm en huiselijk gevoel bij aankomst. zeker een aanrader!

La casa de Román es hermosa, amplia, cómoda y calentita. Tiene tres niveles, tres amplios dormitorios, con muebles vacíos para guardar, dos dormitorios comparten un balcón, hay tres baños, un escritorio, despensa con muchos y variados electrodomésticos, muchísimo menaje. varios juegos de mesa, es ideal. La zona de la piscina interior tiene un mini jardín interior, con mesitas y reposeras. Recibimos la casa impecable, tiene todo lo que necesitas y más! Fuimos por navidad y hasta moldes de galletas nos facilitaron. El entorno es bellísimo, las vistas increíbles, teníamos vacas y hasta caballos de vecinos. La casa tiene terraza con comedor exterior, dos trineos y al lado una colina por donde nos deslizamos en la nieve. (casi es el patio de la casa). Ladau está a 20 minutos en auto de Salzburg, de fácil y rápida conexión. Gracias Román, disfrutamos tu casa. Volveremos

Joost and Catharina are extremely responsive, detailed, warm and we very much appreciated their making our Christmas holiday special. The house is in a gorgeous location, it has alot of character. We enjoyed hanging out by the fire in the living room, cooking in spacious kitchen, and nearby access to good ski resorts. Heating is tricky for such a large house, and they did their best with wood supply, electric radiators, blankets, etc that we found adequate. They were super responsive as well when the clothes washer needed fixing. Thanks!

An amazing stay! From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations. The place was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had all the amenities needed for a comfortable stay. The house was cozy, and the little touches—like fresh towels, bathroom amenities , and local recommendations—made it feel extra special. The location was perfect—close to local attractions, yet quiet enough for a peaceful night’s sleep. Great location, the underfloor heating in the bathrooms is nice after a day skying, the rooms are nice size. The internet however is almost never working and there is no tv in the living room. The beds all have tv. No washing machine and no launderette nearby, however, the host offered us the possibility to use her personal one. There is a ski boot drier which is a nice touch, bbq and a lovely table outside

Perfecte locatie en zeer mooi verblijf. Perfect voor een skitrip, hou er alleen rekening mee dat je kort moet rijden naar één van de nabijgelegen skistations, en dat dat skibus niet meteen in de straat voorbijkomt. Maar als je een auto hebt is het allemaal perfect te doen. Zeker aan te raden!

Eine absolute Traumunterkunft!!! Das Haus von Anne ist einfach wunderschön und eignet sich ideal für einen Kurzurlaub im schönen Gmunden. Das Haus, welches Holz mit modernem Industrial-Design vereint, ist einfach unglaublich schön. Alles sehr neu eingerichtet und vom Haus, als auch von der Terasse, hat man einen atemberaubenden Blick über den See und über Gmunden. Insbesondere für den Silvesterabend war dies unser Highlight. Die Ausstattung des Hauses übertrifft den Standard und ist sehr gehoben. Von der Feuerschale im Garten, über den schlüssellosen Eintritt, bis hin zu 3 wunderschönen Schlafzimmern und einer top modernen Küche - wirklich bis ins Detail top modern und hochqualitativ. Die Kommunikation mit Anna war herausragend - so bekamen wir proaktiv tolle Tipps für Schneeschuhwandern und anderen Ausflugszielen sowie Restaurants. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Es war ein super Wochenende und wir fühlten uns super wohl. Der Host war immer schnell erreichbar und hat sich sehr gekümmert und uns super empfangen.
