Wir hatten einen tollen Urlaub. Das Haus ist wunderschön. Die Räume sind größer als sie auf den Photos wirken, die Betten sind sehr bequem, alles sauber und einladend, der Garten ist schön, die Küche gut ausgestattet. Liliana hat uns herzlich empfangen und uns noch Pizza und Getränke besorgt als wir spätabends ankamen - das war phantastisch! Wir werden das nie vergessen! 😃 Die Toreinfahrt ist schmal, wir haben unseren Skoda Octavia jeden Tag rein und rausgefahren, sehr viel breiter sollte ein Auto nicht sein, man kann aber auch woanders parken. Der Müllplan war einfach zu beachten, man kann auch die Ersu-App benutzen, das war ganz einfach. Stefania hat uns tolle Tipps gegeben und war immer erreichbar, einen Schaden, den ich verursacht haben konnten wir gut regeln. Liliana kam zum Checkout und hat uns sehr nett verabschiedet. Der freie Strandaufgang ist gleich gegenüber, 2 Strassen weiter. Um die Ecke sind tolle Restaurants und ein gutes Café.

I highly recommend staying here if you are visiting La Spezia / Cinque Terre / Portovenere! Giancarlo is absolutely a one of a kind host. He not only picked us from the train, but offered to take us to the train several times depending on where we were going. He was able to translate to communicate with us to show us around the area and the home itself. The three of us had a comfortable stay—the place is in the hills which had an amazing view and outside dining area. You’ll find everything you need inside the home. Comfy bed, and also there is a sofa bed! There’s even coffee and sugar :-) Stay here for an unforgettable trip!

If Il Cubo is available at the dates you want right now, then stop looking and book it. It is that good. Amazing location, wonderful views, scrupulously clean, well appointed, modern. Views over Vernazza and the sea from our bedroom, the kitchen and the terrace. We had a bottle of local wine and cheese each evening on the terrace and watched the sun set. We were met on arrival at the agreed location. I really can’t recommend it highly enough.

Unser Urlaub war super schön. Das Haus ist ein Traum! Der Grundstück ist sehr groß und somit super für eine größere Gruppe. Die Kommunikation mit Luciano war super und unkompliziert. 🌞

Vi havde en dejlig familieferie i Remos hus med vores to små børn og fik bedsteforældrebesøg undervejs. Udlejeren var nem og god at kommunikere med både før, under og efter vores ophold. Huset havde mange fine værelser, og vi brugte kun den ene etage og havde godt med plads stadig. Huset ligger meget smukt i den rolige ende af byen med kort afstand til de hyggelige små gader i centrum af byen og en fantastisk strand blot nogle få hundrede meter nede ad bakken. Sestri Levante er en skøn by, og vi kommer meget gerne retur en anden god gang i fremtiden.

This was a highlight of our Italy trip. The view was absolutely beautiful…and beyond our expectations. Marta was so lovely…and easy to deal with. The washing machine was broken unfortunately, but Marta had all of our laundry done for us offsite, which worked out well. I would stay here again if we come back…and our daughter just loved exploring the garden.

Casa perfetta per gruppo di amici o famiglia numerosa. É ben fornita da lavastoviglie a forno a legna e BBQ. Il pezzo forte é la piscina e il terrazzo.

We had a lovely stay in Letizia’s apartment. It was very clean and spacious. The location is wonderful, within walking distance from several restaurants/pubs/grocery store and the beach of course. Also for check-in and check-out letizia was very flexible, this makes the beginning and ending of a vacation more enjoyable and less stressfull. I can recommend this to anybody who’s looking for a nice place to stay in the Forte dei Marmi area.

Très jolie maison située dans un endroit calme. Nous étions 12 dont 5 enfants et2 adolescents et tout le monde a beaucoup apprécié la très belle piscine et le jardin. Il y avait une salle de jeu pour les enfants. Claudio était très disponible et aimable lorsque nous avions des questions. Merci à lui également pour ses conseils

This villa is a gem, pictures don’t do it justice. The views are absolutely breathtaking….The house is fully equipped with everything we needed. We managed a trip to Florence and surrounding beaches which was recommended by the host. We could have stayed longer. I would definitely be back. My kids loved the pool and the little surrounding walking trials surrounding the villa. Only 1 hours drive from Pisa airport.

What a wonderful place with a spectacular view. Plenty of room but steep stairs to each level and a bit of a goat track to get to the property. Other than that, it was absolutely wonderful. Nicolo's was very helpful with ideas and recommendations and the instructions for the property were very well communicated. If you do not have any physical restrictions, then this is the perfect place to escape, especially if you have a big group.

Diletta was a great host. We sometimes had a bit of difficulty understanding the translated instructions from Italian to English. But she was always responding instantly with any questions we had. We loved her place! The most wonderful ambience, with fantastic views, and a very energetic climb up many stairs to arrive at a beautiful apartment.

Carlo’s Villa Miranda is a peaceful and beautiful place, and Carlo is an attentive host. We enjoyed our time there very much and hope to return some day.

Well - what a tremendous and charming villa plus superb location. Our two families really loved our week with plenty of space for everyone to enjoy their chosen activity: top pool and loungers, hip bar, lots of games available, pizza oven and bbq proved a success, lush mountain views at the breakfast table and shady and fragrant lunches underneath a arbor of jasmine. Loris our caretaker was very hands on, responsive, helpful and made the best tiramisu! We were very sad to leave! Would recommend: a trip to see the marble quarries, Pietrasanta and the Cinqueterra - all within 50minutes drive of the Licciana Nardi. Famille Hickeys and Chiaruccis.

Tolles, grosszügiges Haus in ruhigem Quartier. Ideal für Familien mit Kindern. Wir waren zu sechst da, es hat genügend Schlafzimmer und Bäder. Das Gästehaus haben wir nicht benutzt. Auf dem Areal hat es sicher 3 Parkplätze. Die Ausstattung war gut und das Haus war sauber👍🏻. Wir würden dieses Haus auf jeden Fall wieder buchen.

Rewelacyjne miejsce na odpoczynek. Byliśmy z żoną, 2 dzieci i psem. Po przyjeździe dostaliśmy dużo informacji odnośnie lokalnych atrakcji, restauracji, jak zwiedzać Cinque Terre i Portofino. Davide sprawił że od początku pobytu czujesz się rewelacyjnie. Czujesz że ktoś dba o to żebyś czuł się tutaj dobrze. Dom jak na zdjęciach w pełni wyposażoną kuchnią, dwoma łazienkami i klimatyzacją w pokojach na górze. Czysto i domowo. Po tygodniu wymiana ręczników i pościeli. Basen z cudownym widokiem. Pomidory i bazylia z ogrodu do dyspozycji gości, super. Dziękujemy za cudowne wakacje i odpoczynek. Polecam wszystkim a gospodarzowi bardzo dziękujemy za ten pobyt. Już chcemy tam wrócić.

Wir hatten eine super entspannte Zeit in Carrara. Vielen Dank an Barbara und Simona - Ihr wart tolle Gastgeberinnen. Das Haus liegt wunderbar ruhig, der Pool lädt direkt zum Schwimmen ein - die besten Voraussetzungen, um mal richtig abzuschalten und die Seele baumeln zu lassen. Der Pool ist so groß, dass wir Erwachsenen komfortabel schwimmen konnten. Im Ort gibt es verschiedene Badestrände. Wir sind ca. 20 Minuten mit dem Auto gefahren und konnten gratis parken. Es hätte aber auch nähere Strandabschnitte gegeben. Leider war es in unserer Urlaubswoche sehr heiß, sodass wir nicht so viel zu Fuß erkunden konnten. Der Pool war da für uns die perfekte Abkühlung. Im Haus standen uns mehrere Ventilatoren zur Verfügung, die waren v.a. nachts wichtig. Danke Simona und Barbara für diese tolle Zeit. Die beiden waren stets gut erreichbar und dabei sehr freundlich und sympathisch. Uns sind im Urlaub Ruhe und Privatsphäre sehr wichtig - beides ist in dieser Unterkunft wunderbar gegeben.

la casa di Sanda è veramente interessante con ampi spazi e molto comoda. la casa è datata, ma contiene degli elementi vintage molto belli. Non manca nulla e la piscina e lo spazio esterno sono fantastici. Sanda è stata molto gentile e disponibile.

Franco ist ein super toller Gastgeber, der Empfang und die Verabschiedung waren sehr persönlich und herzlich. Franco hat sehr gute Tipps und ist immer hilfsbereit. Die Lage des Hauses ist herrlich zwischen vielen Ölivenbäumen, ruhig gelegen mit einem traumhaften Blick über das Magra-Tal zum Meer, einfach unbezahlbar. Die Lage des Hauses ist super, direkt neben dem schönen malerischen alten Dörfchen Castelnuovo Magra. Das Meer ist nur ca. 15Min entfernt, die Steinbrüche von Carrara sind auch in der Nähe (sehr empfehlenswert), Pisa und Florenz sowie Cinque Terre sind ebenfalls in der Gegend. Es war ein toller Urlaub, vielen Dank Franco.

Die Unterkunft liegt etwas abgelegen in der toskanischen Landschaft, von wo man einen wundervollen Ausblick über die Landschaft hat. Die Kommunikation fand auf Englisch mit dem Sohn von Gianluca mittels Textnachrichten statt. Er hat immer sofort geantwortet auf Fragen und Belange. Vor Ort zur Übergabe ist Gianluca dagewesen. Ein Assistent für technische Angelegenheiten und Wartung der Anlage wohnt nicht weit entfernt und ist daher schnell erreichbar. Die Kommunikation ist daher sehr gut abgelaufen! Das Grundstück mit Pool, Aussicht und allem was in der Beschreibung enthalten ist, hat uns alles geboten, um unsere Woche dort entspannt auf dem Gelände zu verbringen. Definitiv also zu empfehlen. Wir erwägen eindeutig wieder zu kommen!

Wunderschönes Haus und tolle Lage. Die Aussicht, der Garten und der Pool sind noch schöner als auf den Bildern. Die Lage ist sehr ruhig, gleichzeitig ist man in nur wenigen Gehminuten im Ort, in dem es ein schönes Café und unterschiedliche Restaurants und Bars gibt. Die Kommunikation verlief sehr gut und wir haben uns zu jeder Zeit sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen sehr gerne wieder!

Abbiamo passato un week end bellissimo in 10 amiche anche grazie a Francesco che ci ha ospitate nella sua bellissima casa, host impeccabile che ci ha lasciato tutta la privacy del caso mai invadente e anzi super gentile e disponibile Casa bellissima e spaziosa, pulita e originale, ampio giardino e una super piscina dove abbiamo passato un pomeriggio in relax per poi andarci a divertire nei locali in zona (posizione perfetta!) Peccato aver trascorso solo due giorni!

The pictures do not do this location justice! The view from the outdoor table, pool, and many balconies is unbelievable. The house is nestled in a very quiet, secluded spot and is perfect for relaxing. Kitchen is fully equipped, beds are comfortable. Marius is the most helpful, responsive host, helping us with any questions we had and providing excellent local recommendations. We didn’t want to leave!
