Kid-friendly vacation rentals in Malacca Strait

We absolutely loved staying at Deborah’s place in Sala Dan, from start to finish it was a great experience. Deborah was very quick to reply and assist with a seamless check in, and then the property itself was fantastic. Spotlessly clean and the views of Lanta were incredible from the verandah outside. The property is a bit set back from the Main Street but this made it even more peaceful and was easy to navigate down on foot or with scooters! Highly recommend this place for a group of friends or family, the separate annexe provides extra privacy for those who need it!

We feel at home! Kids love it. Everything we need is available. Plastics for dustbins, kitchen utensils, tissues, towels, hangers & clippers, towels, mirror, balcony to hang cloths, iron and board, shampoo and shower gel, lots of pillows! and even washing machine (during our stay it was out of service though). TV got Netflix, air-con is functioning, got ceiling fan too. It was superb. Getting to and out of the unit is also easy as well. Elevators in the apartment are quick we didn’t have to wait, less than 5mins. Getting grab taxi also is very fast! And we already considering to come back again to try other units from this host! We had a wonderful experience staying at the place. Very clean, spacious, comfortable and private. Host is responsive and very helpful. Would recommend to family and friends. Will repeat if im visiting Kedah again.

Staying here with my big family for hari raya, such a great experience and very recommended for family gathering. The house is huge, lot of spaces (unexpected from the pic), toilet clean and parking can fit 2 cars at one time.

Our first time staying here and we love it! the place is pretty much near alot of attractions but not too close that caught in traffic. Although the house is off the main road and can get abit noisy bcos of traffic but we have no problem falling asleep in the super cosy bed and pillows. Kitchen is equiped with stove, fridge, microwave and kettle. Bathroom and toilet are spotless. We are oredi discussing repeating our stay next time!

Friendly, and responsive, the interior design of the house is warm and big, recommended for family or friend gatherings, price is reasonable!

Sik Yee’s place is the best place you can stay in Kuantan. Reasonable price, great property overseeing the beach and sea makes it an ideal stay for me. The property is exactly like the picture and there are a lot of convenient shops and restaurants within walking distance to the property. We had a great experience having Valentine’s Day dinner at the balcony. Very easy instruction for self check in and the decor is tastefully arranged. Will surely visit this place again on my next visit. You gotta give HyggeHome a stay! Worth every penny!

Meen is great host. The host greets me like a friend. The place is quite nice and feels like a hotel one. Coway water purifier, cloth dryer and two parking spot provided are plus points compared to other stay, and of course at the affordable price. Grab food can be delivered at your door step as well. Low light about the apartment are no lift from the parking and only several electrical socket can be used although the quantity quite a lot. Not sure about this, maybe I am the one who didnt know to plug in. Other than these two, are considered acceptable and quite well. Overall, I am satisfy with my stay there for 3 nights. Thanks Meen for hosting me..! Will not hesitate to rent again when I come to Putrajaya next time.

this homestay is so nice. host provides everything completely. And also got Mamak to lepak nearby. but the issue is at the pool area.its so strict.few guard so rude.

The house is in great condition—well-maintained and clean. It’s fully equipped with everything you’d need while traveling. The room is neat, comfortable, and spotless, and the bathroom is just as clean. The place feels like a home the owner actually lives in because it’s so nicely decorated. Even with a last-minute booking, there was no issue since instant booking is available. The furniture is beautiful and has a nice aesthetic touch. Definitely worth the price. Plus, there are plenty of convenience stores and restaurants nearby.
