Great stay - Laurent was easy to contact and it was exactly like the pictures. Very nice peaceful area & walking distance to fishermen’s village with plenty to offer. Nice perks in the villa - do recommend maybe bringing some mosquito spray though

Magnifique chambre avec une vue d’autant plus impressionnante! La propreté de la chambre, les piscines et tout l’hôtel était remarquable. Le restaurant situé au rooftop de l’hôtel à sans aucun doute la plus belle vue de Haadrin.

Apartment is exactly as pictured. Clean and spacious, good AC. Very close to some of the best restaurants in Chaweng and 4 min walk to the quiet part of Chaweng beach. Excellent for long term stays. Would stay here again 😀

The accommodation was perfect for arriving on Kho Samui. Everything was clean and as described in the photos. The owner Ryan was super friendly and together with the host Manunya took care of everything we needed. Communication was always very quick. He even got us a scooter on request. 10/10 :)

I chose this place mainly because there is a Kitchen and Lamai is my favorite place in Koh Samui. Luckily there was a huge terrace with a fantastic view where I spent hours every day watching what happened in the lush nature. I like the ocean, but the infinity pool was fantastic. I had it all to myself for hours most days...floting on my air mattress watching the incredible view. The best supermarket (Makro) on the island is just around the corner. You need a scooter to get around. Rental is cheap...but be focused when driving. 3 minutes to Lamai beach and less than a minute to Makro supermarket.

Nous avons vraiment apprécié notre séjour chez Kouka. Nous y sommes restés un mois pour visiter et travailler. L'appartement est grand et contient tout le nécessaire pour s'y installer confortablement. La connexion internet est rapide et le balcon, avec ses levers et couchers de soleil magnifiques, a été fort apprécié. De plus, le quartier est tranquille. J'ai nagé seule dans la piscine presque tous les soirs. Finalement, Kouka et ses co hôtes, Éric et Cécile, sont parmis les hôtes les plus accueillants, amicaux et réactifs qu'ils nous a été donné de rencontrer. Ils nous ont aidé à nous installer, se sont assurés que tout allait bien et que tout était en ordre pour que nous puissions passer un bon séjour.

Great stay! super clean. amazing pools. Friendly neighbours. water pressure of the shower is pretty good. Bed is big and kitchen functional. we had issues with the AC ( normal in the island with électricity black outs) But Matthias and Jittra were helpful right away. Overall we had a very very pleasant stay. Thank you both🙏🏻

I had a lovely stay. Place is as advertised. A little bit up a hill which was annoying, but still fine. Very responsive, communicative and helpful host. The washroom was very beautiful. Definitely a good place to stay if you want your own small getaway in Koh Samui.

Had a lovely 4 nights at the property and it was just as presented in the listing. The villa feels private and well looked after. The street coming off the main road is quite damaged from the recent heavy rains but a higher vehicle will have no issue with it. We loved our time there, and our only regret was not being able to spend more time staying in and enjoying the pool. If you book here, don’t put too much on your itinerary!

We had a wonderfull expérience on Koh Samui in this Villa. The pool view is amazing, and the villa was perfect. Please note the villa is on the top of the hill and require a strong car.

Amazing place and amazing host. Many great places to eat (one of our favourites on the beach were Siriphoca Mr Abdul). Although the villa is almost at the beach it was great with access to a pool for our children who couldn’t wait with swimming in the morning. We could literally sit in the sofa inside with a morning coffee watching them play in the pool outside. The beach was not crowded at all and supper pretty. We loved our stay.

Sehr schöne Unterkunft! Wir haben es dort geliebt. Chris hat uns die Rollervermietung ,,Bonus“ empfohlen, wir haben uns dort einen Roller gemietet. Der Weg ohne Roller in die Stadt ist uns etwas zu lang gewesen. Der Besitzer der Rollervermietung ist auch super! Er hat unsere Koffer am Abreisetag abgeholt und bei sich aufbewahrt, so konnten wir den letzten Tag genießen. Abends hat er uns zum Flughafen gebracht. Besser hätte es nicht laufen können. Vielen Dank an beide!!

Just finished a 5 day stay here. We were truly amazed by how great the villa was and how friendly and professional Lek and her staff was. You will not be disappointed staying her. The views are phenomenal and we can't wait to come back. Dave and Koy

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt! Morgens sind wir direkt in den Pool gesprungen, der täglich gesäubert wird. In der Umgebung gibt es viele gute Restaurants, vor allem das Hua Kati am Strand. Dave hat uns gute Tipps gegeben. Lebensmittel konnten wir auch in der Nähe kaufen.

Seaview villa was a perfect place for relaxing and enjoying the weather and view. I’d stay here again they are very accommodating and nice people to deal with. Thank you for the hospitality

The Apartment was in a great location. You could walk to the beach, the convenience store, and various restaurants. We had been staying in many hotels on this trip, and getting an apartment was a GREAT decision. The place had an oversized couch, a comfy bed, and a washer machine, but most of all, there was LOTS of room to spread out as opposed to a cramped hotel room for the same price. It had easy parking for our rented motorbike, which was a plus. We will definitely stay here next year as well.

Loved our stay of 10 nights in Koh Samui here! The new AC, a washing machine, and a safe made it so comfortable and convenient. We rented a car and parking was no problem in this quiet condo complex. 7-11 is nearby as well as the Si Khao Night Market (both walkable) so you will never go hungry. Thank you Jenn and Mei!

The whole apartment looks the same as the pictures if not bigger. Peaceful and easy to get around if you have a moped. Hostess was welcoming and helpful. She responds within the minute to any questions.

The apartment was really nice, very spacious and clean and in a great location, within 5-10mins walk of fisherman’s village but in a really quiet lovely area. Pool and roof top garden plus gym was a nice touch too and more than what we needed. Private underground parking for bikes and cars. Overall a really enjoyable stay and would certainly stop again.

Great compact condo at the best beach on Koh Samui. The complex has everything you could wish for during your stay. Leonie and Barton were great hosts too!

The apartment is very well located, 5 mins from the beach; all stores and restaurant are available within minutes. The kitchen is a little bit worn out, but still in the good condition. The apartment feels bigger as it looks like on the pictures. The couch in the living room is unfortunately extremely uncomfortable to sleep on, but as the apartment is advertised for 2 persons, I can't complain. Siggi was very friendly, helful and responsive. Will definitely book again if return to Samui

We stayed here for 5 days. Location is amazing and everything is pretty walkable. In the area you will find loads of cool cafes&shops where to get what you need. Also just 1min walk from the apartment there is a cool massage spot! The apartment was lovely, bright and with good balcony where you can dry your swimming things. And have a fantastic view to the sea! :) We had very good sleeps here. Also, spacious walking in wardrobe. :) The complex has a pool which is brilliant as the days get hot. There is a gym - a bit old and rusty but you can do the basic, hehe. Just so you know if you rent this place you have to pay additional money for the water and electricity. We barely used AC, but cooked few brekkies here and had kids using the shower. So we paid all together 680baht (we stayed 5 days). And also the washing machine seemed a bit out of date as we washed our clothes and they felt still unwashed, don't know why. Thanks Kate
