Hotel vacation rentals in Loreto

My second time at Del Castillo. Excellent customer service and genuine care from the staff. My airport pick up was arranged for me and I got to the hotel with no fuss. Rooms are spacious, clean, the location is central close to all that Pucallpa has to offer. Excellent I would stay again.

Un véritable plaisir notre séjour dans cet hôtel, l'attention est tres bonne, propreté super, une excellente communication et l'emplacement est juste parfait au coeur de Pucallpa, idéal pour les balades de quartier. Je le recommande à 100%.

Our visit to the jungle was totally amazing in every way! Juan Carlos was such a great host and guide. He really wanted to show us everything he could! I felt like a young person (I'm 65) as I climbed trees - sorta, camped in the jungle, swam with the dolphins - and there could have been alligators and such! Just a totally incredible experience. And I felt so well taken care of. Mrs. Ana fixed the most delicious meals - more than I could eat. We were served, and cleaned up after. Roy seemed to be able to do anything - even building a railing for a log bridge while we were taking pictures on down the trail. Juan did a great job, also, driving the boat, with some help from Roy when it was dark. All of the guys were constantly looking for animals, birds, and flowers to make sure we could see them. And, when I was a little overwhelmed with the heat while walking uphill in the jungle, Juan fanned me with a palm leaf! I felt like a princess. I hope everyone gets a chance for such an adventu

El hospedaje es muy acogedor, tal y como se ve en las fotos. El personal es muy amable y es un lindo lugar para poder descansar y disfrutar de Tarapoto. ¡Se los recomiendo!

Me encantó el lugar! Súper recomendado si quieres estar cerca de la naturaleza, hay actividades adicionales, como pesca. Igualmente los anfitriones muy amables y atentos, incluso se ofrecieron a hacer el transporte hacia el lugar desde el aeropuerto y viceversa. Muy recomendados!

Great hotel for how much it costs. Free breakfast in the morning. There is a pool if needed. Every room has AC and a TV. Great spot if you are looking to stay in Iquitos.

Fue muy buena mi estadía, pude utilizar la piscina por la noche, hay un market al costado y farmacia al frente, todos los lugares muy cerca del hotel, muchas gracias por esta experiencia. Obvio que volvería

Gilbert, the owner, was extremely helpful and responsive at all times. This is the main reason I would recommend this Airbnb. I booked for 6 people and understood it as being a single home with three rooms. However, it is a communal style accommodation, with a shared kitchen and rooms available on the bottom floor and the top (2nd) floor. Two out of three bottom floor rooms had their own a/c and private bathroom in the room, with one room having a big fan that moves a lot of air and a bathroom close by in the hall. Overall, this place was perfect for our group, and Gilbert was extremely responsive and accommodating with any issue that came up. Rooms were comfy. We all felt safe. The only things I would have liked to be different is that our shower was not hot (typical for most places in Peru) and it is not walking distance to the main part of town with the good restaurants and shopping places - although the mototaxis will get you there quickly and are must do's for everyone.
