Nauti lomasta tai tee etätöitä tässä rauhallisessa, keskeisellä paikalla sijaitsevassa asunnossa! Viihtyisä kaksio on vastattain remontoitu ja huoneet ovat tilavat. Parvekkeelta on kauniit puistonäkymät Pyhän Nikolaoksen kirkon suuntaan. Olohuoneesta löytyy vuodesohva. Kävelet kaupungin keskustaan parissa minuutissa ja läheisestä joen rannasta löydät mukavat lenkkeily- ja pyöräilyreitit. Pääset myös kätevästi liikkumaan julkisella liikenteellä, jonka lähimmät pysäkit ovat korttelin päässä.

Villa was build 1999-2000 as a second home from the family with basic facilities criteria for everyday living. Basic principle was to have a place to calm down but also a house for remote work in home village. Place is pretty nice on top of the hill, scenery is wide almost all over ... tens of kilometers. Style is rustic with a light twist of retro functionalism. Now we have moved 200m, on the opposite side of the road, and we offer Villa for our quest. Your sincerely Leena & Juha

Tämä upea huvila on vuonna 2020 käsin veistetty parisataa vuotiaista karjalan keloista. Valtava näköalaikkuna antaa näyttävän näkymän vesistön yli. Huoneistossa on täysin varusteltu keittiö, avara olohuone, kaksi makuuhuonetta, wc sekä saunatilat Lattialämmitys, ilmalämpöpumppu sekä takka takaavat mukavan lämpötilan ympäri vuoden. Loman kruunaa 6 hengen ulkoporeamme, iso palju, sekä avanto. Ei lemmikkejä, ei tupakointia. Liinavaatteet 15€/hlö, loppusiivous 120€.
