Bed and breakfast vacation rentals in La Hague

We only stayed one night at Catherine's but we'll be back! The part reserved for us was pleasant and spacious (the veranda for us alone). There were 2 of us so we only tested the bed in the bedroom which was very comfortable. The place is spotless and Catherine took good care of us. Wi-Fi available and hearty breakfast.

Excellent welcome, nicely decorated rooms and very good breakfast the next day. Véronique is very attentive and gave us good tips for visits, which we had not planned in our itinerary. Too bad we didn't stay longer, we felt very good in this small mansion.

Mickaël is very responsive and welcoming. The accommodation is very spacious and very quiet with beautiful views of the countryside. Very clean accommodation and top equipment with large tv and Netflix. Very good wifi. Thanks for the little touches like sweets or the espresso machine. I would be happy to go back and I would recommend it without problem.

THANK YOU ERIC POUR TOUS!! His stay made an okay day absolutely amazing!!! We don’t have a car to go around (which I highly recommend) but Eric got his driver to drive us around for the day! Shoutout Pierre. The goats were adorable, the breakfast delish (I’ve lived in France all year: best gait cheese and yogurt I have ever had in my life). Only regret is not staying longer. Eric welcomed us back and we will have to take him up on his offer. A fabulous stay that we will never forget.

First: The homemade strawberry jam is *very yummy*. Breakfast is covered with fruits, tea, coffee, among juices. The place is around 15' by bus from town; easy access by public transport. Taxi' service is really good. It will be a plus if you rent a car, or you can have a lovely walk for 5-10' from the bus stop to the cottage. I left my wellies behind, we were already in the taxi and Sue reached me to collect them, that is appreciated. In the end due to timing we did not go back! If you need anything to be changed in terms of bins, or towels, or cleaning the room, let her know. She will patiently do it. God is good ! :)

Melanie welcomed us in a friendly way and showed us the beautiful rooms, from which we were allowed to choose one. Both are very stylish and decorated with a lot of love. The common room is also great. You immediately feel comfortable. Every morning Melanie made us a varied breakfast. We just loved it.

We were hosted very well by Marie-Helene, the accommodation is located in a very nice area of Carteret, typical of Cotentin and very quiet. The accommodation is refurbished, the room is spacious and the bedding excellent, the private bathroom in our room is well equipped and large. We had a great stay.

We had a very comfy stay in Benoit’s Airbnb in Cherbourg. It was 15 minutes drive west of the town centre and easy to find. Benoit showed us to the room, that has its own entrance at the back of their beautiful home. Being on a hill, the views are super. The room and bathroom were really clean and the bed very comfortable. It’s a quiet area and we slept very well. Coffee and tisanes were available (you will need your own milk) in the room. Benoit brought a delicious breakfast of pastries, yoghourt, juice and coffee to the private seating area on the terrace. Street parking was easy to find, opposite the house. We would highly recommend this apartment.

We stayed here for 3 nights. The room was clean and had a view of the beach. The kitchen was clean, the dining and living room were comfortable and breakfast was provided. We met the host while we were preparing dinner in the kitchen and she was very welcoming and friendly. Overall it was a great 4 day holiday and I highly recommend this house.

France's place was a great location. ideal for those who are out all day/evening and active looking to explore Jersey. Frances was very welcoming and friendly. Our room was clean and inviting. We asked to use an iron and hair dryer which was provided. Accommodation is not private as you are staying in her home sharing bathroom etc. so if you are looking for your own accommodation this is not for you. A breakfast with tea/coffee is available in the morning which is a lovely touch. We had such a lovely stay and felt very relaxed at her property for two nights. Amy/Rus.

Great location in St Aubin’s Bay with easy access to an abundance of great restaurants. Julia was super helpful with information and Carol who was around at breakfast was very helpful and friendly.

Super good stay! Beautiful and peaceful location with really nice amenities. Close enough to Mont Saint Michel and Cancale for a great day trip. Highly recommend!

If you like ‘bucket list’ vacations that create memorable experiences, book this Airbnb. Anastasia is warm and welcoming; the property is beautiful and rich with history; and the town is charming and peaceful. Staying in her French farm house with her delightful family was one of the highlights of our trips. She has a perfect five-star rating because she’s more than an Airbnb host, she’s someone who feels like a friend the moment you pull onto the property. We’ve only been home from France for 48 hours and I’ve already sung her praises to anyone who has asked about our travels. If your travel plans allow for time in the Normandy region with transportation, I highly recommend staying with Anastasia.

Christine is a very pleasant and available host. She offers very good advice and is ready to help. We had a lovely time chatting over an herbal tea. The accommodation is clean and close to the sea. Overall we had a nice stay.

An idyllic place. We had a very pleasant weekend and we will come back to enjoy the site even more. The welcome is warm, the room is as described, we slept very well (quality bedding) and what can I say about the exceptional breakfast. We spent time chatting with Najet and her husband. Small walks on the beach 20 m away (surfing, sand yachting) and magnificent views of the Roche Coucou. It was just a moment of happiness. I would recommend it in a second.
