You do not go to the office to check in or check out to access the condo.
You will have an access code that will be sent to you through Airbnb the day of your arrival.
Parking CAN be tight at times, especially during peak season.
If the parking deck is full, just go right across the street to the overflow covered parking deck.
There are no designated parking spots except for handicap license plates and or hanging handicap card.
Vehicles over 6'7" high will have to park either at the over flow parking deck which is approximately 8' high or on the side street and pay parking during summer months.
Motorcycles are welcomed.
Parking for motorcycles is permitted in covered overflow parking deck only.
**No trailers, golf carts, boats, campers or any vehicle that will take up two spaces allowed in resorts parking decks.**

*IS THERE DAILY HOUSEKEEPING?
No, there is no daily housekeeping.
This condo has all fresh cleaned linens and towels for your stay, along with starter supplies/toiletries for you.
For longer stays, we suggest to bring more toilet tissue (1 roll is provided) or anything you may need.
More information will be sent in messages through Airbnb when you book.
*WHAT AMENITIES ARE WE ALLOW TO USE?
As of June 2023, guests will be able to use the restaurant and bars.
Debit or Credit card can only be used. No cash.
This could change without notice.
All other amenities are available to our guests.
Pool bands must be worn at all times at any water feature.
There will not be a refund if a water feature is unexpectedly closed.
You can walk a short distance next door to get food and drinks at the St. Clements outside bar/grill is another option.
There are several other options for breakfast, lunch and dinner within walking distance.
*IS THERE A LAUNDROMAT AT THIS RESORT?
Yes, on the 1st floor, and at the Caravelle Towers next door.
There is also vending machines, game room, gift shop, luggage carts, and the fitness center on the 1st floor.
*HOW DO I GET POOL BANDS AND PARKING PASSES?
Free parking at the parking decks.
There are passes in the unit.
You MUST fill out the parking pass with an expiration date, and to park within the white lines to avoid booting or towing.
Pool bands are inside the condo, and must be worn at all times at any water feature.
You do not go to the front desk for more.
Parking passes and pool bands must be returned to the unit before you depart.
You can be charged extra if these are missing from unit.
*IS THERE FREE WIFI?
Yes, check your phone under "Settings" then "Network & Internet" and the WIFI will come up. No need for password.
There is no modem/router or ethernet cable in the condo.
*IS THERE AN IRON AND IRONING BOARD?
Yes, an iron and ironing board is in the unit.
*DO I NEED TO BRING A BLOW DRYER?
No, there is one in the bathroom for your convenience.
*WHAT COFFEE MAKERS ARE IN THE UNIT
We have a drip style.
*WHAT COOKWARE AND UTENSILS ARE IN THE UNIT?
All eating utensils, and basic cookware.
*WHAT SIZE BED IS IN THE UNIT?
2 Doubles in main bedroom, and a pull out Murphy bed in the living room.
*DO YOU HAVE CLEANING CHEMICALS?
No chemicals are left in unit.
*CAN I BRING A SMALL TRAILER FOR A MOTORCYCLE?
Sorry, no trailers are allowed in parking decks.
Motorcycles are welcomed and will have to park in the covered overflow parking deck.
There are other parking areas for trailers close by.
*HOW DO I RENT THE BEACH CHAIRS/UMBRELLAS ON THE BEACH?
You must see the life guard to reserve and pay for them. Bring cash for that. Rental fee changes during the season, so we are not really sure what the cost is. Last we heard, it was $40.00 per day. This includes two beach chairs and umbrella.
*IS THERE HANDICAP PARKING?
Our resort's handicap parking is located on the first floor along with a handicap assist chair for the main pool on the first floor.
*WHAT HAPPENS IF I OR SMOKE, VAPE, BURNING OF INCENSE, COVERING SMOKE DETECTORS, HANGING ITEMS FROM SPRINKLER HEADS & PET POLICY?
Please refer to note on the pet policy in the property section.
NO smoking of any kind, vaping, burning of any incense, open flames, or evidence of covering smoke detectors.
NO smoking on balconies, or on resort's property.
There is a hefty fine $400.00 and up, and can in result of eviction with no refund of any money paid. $250.00 odor removal or excessive cleaning will be charged.
*CAN I REQUEST A LATER DEPARTURE TIME?
This will all depend on our cleaning crew. Our crew gets to the condo by 10:15am to clean for our next guest.
If you need a later check out, you must contact us at least 24 hours in advance for approval.
If not, you as the guest agree to pay 2X times the nightly rate and possible eviction by law enforcement will be called in.
Your unique code will also expire the day of your departure.
**Sorry, there is no refund for early departures.**
*HOW MANY ELEVATORS?
There are two sets of elevators at this resort.
2 at the parking deck side and 2 oceanfront.
During peak season/high occupancy, elevators can be running slower than normal. Please be patient.
*WHERE IS THE INDOOR POOL?
7th Floor has the indoor pool along with hot tubs.
There is also a huge sundeck overlooking the Atlantic Ocean with Adirondack chairs and hammocks.
*PESTS & OTHER CRITTERS:
All of our properties are treated monthly for pest control.
On occasion, you may witness stray bugs or insect as a result of the recent treatment.
*ANY REPORTS OF BED BUGS?
No reports of bedbugs have ever been reported in this condo.
Please be aware to the following statement:
We take the matter of bed bugs very seriously and will be sending our exterminator for an immediate inspection.
Our exterminator treats and inspects our unit regularly (monthly) and our cleaners inspect after each guest.
The licensed inspector/exterminator will be able to easily determine if we do indeed have bed bugs or not.
A false claim will cost us money in not only the inspection, but also loss of rental.
We will hold you responsible for covering these costs if there are no bed bugs or any sort of evidence in this condo.
A bill & confirmation (proof) from the inspector will be sent via Airbnb and if needed legal actions will be taken for false claims.
