We had a great stay in the cabin. It was very clean and Lisa was very responsive. The surroundings of the house are beautiful and really peaceful. Nice fire pit by the river and beautiful views from the cabin. The kitchen is new and has everything you need! It was a cold weekend with freezing temperatures, so the only “minor issue” is that the heating equipment is in the living room so we had to keep the bedroom and bathroom doors open too keep the temperature acceptable during the night.

We had a fantastic stay at TreeTOP Breeze in the Coolfont Mountainside Resort. The home is nestled in a peaceful wooded area with a tasteful interior design and ample outdoor deck space. It was immaculately clean, well-appointed, and just as described. Thoughtful details like the well-stocked kitchen (perfect for cooking our Thanksgiving dinner during our stay), comfortable bedding, and even fire starters for the fire pit made it feel like home. The location was ideal—serene yet close to Berkeley Springs restaurants, grocery stores, Berkeley Springs Brewery Co. (family- and leashed dog-friendly!), and Cacapon State Park. Our family loved making s'mores around the fire pit and enjoying the beautiful surroundings. The host was responsive and communicative, ensuring we had everything we needed for a perfect stay. TreeTOP Breeze exceeded our expectations, and we’d highly recommend it to anyone seeking a relaxing getaway. We can’t wait to return!

Can’t say enough! Our stay was a dream. Highly recommending to our friends and you! Don’t hesitate. It’s as wonderful as the pictures. Worth it! Ian and the team were quick to communicate and if there was any issues, they were immediately ready to resolve. The customer service alone was 5 stars let alone the private and cozy stay. We felt right at home with every detail including a Christmas tree that gave us all the feels. Ian also recommended a holiday market in town and we enjoyed a sleigh ride with Santa. What are you waiting for? Go ahead and book your weekend away!

Overall we had a great time staying here. The place is cozy and all you’d want for a cabin getaway. We did run into a few issues worth mentioning. A few pots and pans were noticeably dirty upon arrival and had to be cleaned. The listing mentions wine glasses & conditioner but neither were present upon arrival. The biggest issue was the hot tub looking too dirty to use. While looking for a place in the area one of the things I wanted most was a hot tub. Unfortunately, the hot tub had some algae-like floaties and it just did not look clean enough to enter.

Very peaceful location with a great view. The place was exactly as shown in the pics and was comfortable for my family for the weekend. We had a great time in Front Royal and Shenandoah National Park and this was the perfect home base.

Adam’s cabin is gorgeous and exactly what was pictured. It’s secluded and so peaceful. Instructions for check in and out were clear and sent with a document full of other helpful info about the cabin, the amenities, and local places to visit. I mentioned we would be traveling with our toddler and they offered to bring out a pac n play and some toys that they had in the basement so we had less to travel with. Overall we had a great experience and I absolutely recommend this place!

My family enjoyed our stay for the weekend. The hosts were super responsive, and we appreciated having kitchenware to cook a holiday meal one evening.

Beautiful surroundings and very quiet in winter! This was the perfect setting for our cozy family getaway. The infrared heaters on the porch went over very well with my partner who spent a good portion of the time bundled up and sitting out there. I thought there was a dock based on the photos but it seems to have been removed, not sure if it was for the season or permanently. Regardless, this seemed like it would be a good place to take a little dip if you don’t mind proximity to neighbors. The interiors is nice, and well laid out. The throw pillows and couch are a little shabby looking but no holes or sagging or anything. There isn’t much space for storing extra stuff - we found ourselves wishing for a coatrack and storing a few things on the floor. Also the host isn’t kidding when they say the bedroom walls are paper thin - I missed that the third bedroom is an open air loft and there are at least one or two places where you can see through the paneling over the doors downstairs.
