Let me say that our expectations were exceeded. Vacationing with staff is a game changer. Not only is the house and the view incredible, but thanks to the attention of the family staff it was a truly relaxing stayed. They drove us around in their boat, cooked breakfast and dinners, went shopping for us… They were super kind. Every day, the pool and the rooms, the terrace in the living room was cleaned to perfection. The kitchen was stacked and coffee was ready in the morning . They were just amazing. The place is amazing. I would definitely recommend.

I had the opportunity to go with 12 people. place is probably for 20 people. The rooms are well equipped, hang out areas very spacious. perfect for a large family. Lidia, Israel and Willy were always on site ready to help yet not over bearing. Ramon was always available.

Frank’s house in Livingston is an absolute dream! It’s located right by — or rather in — the sea, perfectly situated for relaxing. We had an absolutely wonderful time at the cottage! The beautiful views and the soothing sounds of nature made for an unforgettable experience. It was the perfect getaway, and we couldn’t have asked for a better stay. Maximo and Annette were outstanding hosts – welcoming, attentive, and genuinely kind. Their hospitality truly made us feel at home. We also want to give a special shoutout to German and Lucky, who took great care of us during our stay. Their help and kindness made our experience even better, and we really appreciate them. This was a 10/10 stay, and we can’t wait to come back!
