Stay here if you can! We loved everything about this place! It’s a beautiful, modern, clean and cozy apartment on the second floor. From the large dining room/ living room window you have an AMAZING view of the green valley that sweeps its way up the mountains (that were snow-covered for us in mid-Sept) and you also can see Sprechenstein Castle! Just WOW! The beds were extremely comfy, the kitchen well equipped, and all furnishings were new and comfortable. It’s a very quiet neighborhood anyway, but the home seems almost soundproof as well, which meant great sleep at night! It was unseasonably chilly so we didn’t use the nice deck off the living room. You are close enough to walk to the old town center of Vipiteno Sterzing with charming shops and restaurants and Torre delle Dodici (the cool granite clock tower.) There are grocery stores close by too. This apartment is one of favorite AirBnB places now.

We had a great time at Adam's place! It was lovely with everything we needed and Adam was an amazingly helpful host with lots of suggestions and advice for us. One note is that the home does not have Wifi but sounds like that might happen in the future. The flat was right in the middle of town and we could see the lake, the mountains on both sides, etc - it was beautiful. We'd love to go back!

Wonderful place, very clean, relaxing and close to hiking trails in Seefeld as well as the train station to get to other locations easily!

Great place to relax with the family. We where 4 and our dog. Nice secluded house . Happy neighbours ( Stani) and off course is Ernst always available to respond for anything you need.

We enjoyed our stay at Eira amazing house. Clean and tidy in perfect location and breathtaking views. Everything went well and I would like to visit again. Highly recommended for families and in proximity to Austria attractions.

We were very happy to stay in Gabriele's airbnb place in Sankt Johann - it was walking distance from the town and close to many attractions of the area. On our last evening we walked up to Tannweg to the Gasthof on the mountain behind us - wonderful views and super place to be staying. My 8 year old son spent a lot of time in the pool behind our apartment and we all enjoyed the peaceful location a great deal. Thanks very much!

We spent our 15th wedding anniversary with the whole family! ❤️ It was perfect for us - everyone had a retreat, there were enough toilets! The kitchen was perfectly equipped! The library was amazing!! There is even a large TV available - but it was not used! Unfortunately, you can only use the fireplace in the kitchen - but he alone made it cozy in the lower area! Many thanks to Doris - the briefing / flexibility was great! 👍 It was just a wonderful weekend with the family in a super beautiful house ! Thanks
