大人2人で宿泊しました。下町の雰囲気で同じビルの1階にフォー屋さんがあって見つけやすかったです。お部屋は整理されていて、落ち着ける雰囲気。寝室とリビングが分かれているためとても快適でした。普段はベッドで寝ているので、和室の布団は心配でしたが、マットレスが敷いてあり大丈夫でした。リビングの大きなソファはダブルサイズのソファベッドになりました。今回私たちは仕事の関係で1泊でしたが電化製品や食器も充実していたのでもっと長く泊まりたかったです。ありがとうございました。

We had a nice stay at Tomohiro's place, the room is very classic but classy. The description is very accurate and you have everything you need. Though it's 18mins walk from the train station, they offer pick-up and drop off service during check-in and checkout which is great because it will be difficult to carry baggages all the way. We enjoyed walking around the neighborhood it's very peaceful and homey. It's a good place to stay and rest after all the hustles of our Tokyo trip. Thank you to Tomohiro and the team for accommodating us very well.

Very homey and located in a quiet neighborhood. Due to its location, it is far from Tokyo but the convenience of supermarkets (with amazing looking groceries) make up for having less restaurants around. Great for early risers who want breakfast before eateries open at 10. Also next to a bus stop that is a short ride away to a train station. Really fun way to experience life as a local between the futons and dense residential district. Not to mention, Yoshi is super friendly and responsive. Provided lots of detailed directions to her place and happily met us to show us to the apartment. Would stay again when I need a place between Tokyo and Narita airport for late arrivals/departures.

Everything is great except for a few things. Corridor and stairs is narrow. Isn’t ideal for lugging up and down luggage. Location was a bit of a miss too. Take around 15 minutes to get to the nearest station to go anywhere. But all in all, it was fantastic with the rest room where I hanged out with my friends after a long day of walking.

Location is easy to navigate. 2 min walk to an affordable 24/hr grocery store and a 7/11i. 3 mins walk to the Ayase station. There is a washer in the unit but if you prefer a dryer to hanging your clothes, the laundromat is a 3 min walk away. the kitchen has an electric hot plate which is nice if you're not familiar with gas usage in Japan. This unit can comfortably sleep 2 and you could squeeze a 3rd person if needed. Host was helpful and responsive. I recommend this as your next stay.

Host was responsive and helpful. Instructions for checking and checkout were very clear. The place was clean and comfortable. Although it was quite far away from the city centre, there are good restaurants nearby. The neighbourhood was quiet. Loved the stay!!

这次一共组了 13 人团。10 个大人，3 个小孩，除我之外都是第一次来日本，由于飞机晚点，到达民宿已经晚上 11 点，幸好房子距离车站仅 3-4 分钟路程，且车站附近有深夜营业的松屋和鸟贵族，第一天的晚饭总算是对付过去了。大家对房子整体印象非常不错，13 人住的也没有任何不适，房型分西式和和式，可以根据个人的爱好安排入住。房东还贴心的准备了欢迎饮料和小零食，非常 nice！适合带小孩出行的家庭。

This was my partner and I’s first time visiting Tokyo and we are so happy that we chose to stay at Yuka & Han’s listing. Check in was seamless and we were greeted with a very warm welcome. The hosts also gave us great tips on traveling around Tokyo, places to visit and great places to dine at. The neighborhood is perfect with wonderful stores, cafes, restaurants, and bars within walking distance. Everyone was so kind. The listing was clean, pristine and homey. Yuka & Han made this experience wonderful and memorable. When we had trouble calling a taxi to go back to the airport, Yuka & Han called one for us with no problem. We fully recommend booking a stay with Yuka & Han!!

駅から10分ほど歩きますが、周囲にはコンビニ、スーパー、ファミレスが揃っており快適に過ごすことができました！下のお茶屋さんのタピオカも絶品です。

Nach unserem 13 stündigen Flug war diese Unterkunft für uns genau das Richtige. Von der Reise erschöpft, war die Badewanne mit Massagedüsen das Beste was uns erwarten konnte und nie habe ich in einer Unterkunft ein bequemeres Bett vorfinden können. Wir waren leider nur für zwei Nächte zu Gast, trotzdem können wir die Unterkunft wärmstens empfehlen. Gleich in der Nähe gibt es diverse Restaurants, welche auch mit Sprachbarriere einfach zu meistern sind. Ausserdem findet sich gleich um die Ecke ein Kombini Store, der alles bietet, was man auf die Schnelle benötigt. Unser Gastgeber Yoshinori erkundigte sich vor unserer Ankunft über unsere Anreisezeit, um vorgängig die Unterkunft vorzuwärmen, da es an unserem Ankunftstag leider ziemlich kalt war. So erwartete uns eine perfekt temperierte Unterkunft mit allem, was wir für unsere ersten Ferientage benötigten.

Stayed at Yuko's place on our last leg of our trip. We were at 5 other airbnbs before that for our 3 week stay in Japan. Yuko was amazing! Felt very special with a welcome board and little snacks for my kids. We arrived extremely early and tired from travelling and Yuko was able to allow us for an earlier checkin. The neighbourhood is few steps away for a local marketstreet with a lot of street food vendors...less touristy very local. Bedding was very comfortable. Kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed. Laundrymat was 1 minute walk away - which was great. Near bus station as well. It was nice to have semblance of traditional Japanese home with tatami mats and sliding doors and a little more space than we did with the 1 bedroom options in Shinjuku and Shibuya. Thank you for the wonderful stay! We would love to return.

A bit far from main attractions but it’s what we wanted, peace & quiet. There’s train stations 7-10mins both ways so it’s t wasn’t a problem. There’s a small grocery store across the street & convenient stores 3-7mins walk. There’s a bigger grocery store, daiso, clothing, & drug store 7 mins walk through the nice neighborhood. The whole place was very clean & comfortable. I’d like to point out that the place is on the second floor & there’s no elevator. They also don’t have staff to receive luggage delivered so book your delivery for when you’re there already checked in. Despite that I still give this place five stars for the cleanliness alone.

We had a great time staying in this lovely home. It was very clean and looks just like the pictures. Communicating was easy and the response time was fast. The bike was great that they provided to be able to go to the market. We took a taxi to the train station and everything was easily accessible. Everything is clearly written down for you. This made our vacation great!

The place is neat and clean. Location is accessible to taxi, bus and train stations. Very nice neighborhood. There are lots of places to go to specially at Koiwa. It’s also near Asakusa and trains have direct access to Ueno. It’s a great place to stay when you are tired of buzzing city life. I highly recommend this place.

The living room is small than the picture, but the bedrooms is bigger, the place is clean and comfortable. Near train and restaurants.

A home away from home. We absolutely loved our stay here. The building and apartment are both immaculate. The apartment is so homely and has everything you need to make it feel like home. The beds are super comfy. The location is fantastic, so many shops, resistant and even a mall walking distance. Hosts are responsive and kind. Would love to come back and stay here. 10/10

とても綺麗なお部屋でした。掃除も行き届いており、地下にカラオケルームがあるのも良かったです。立地も川の目の前で海も近く、自然豊かでしたが、徒歩圏内にコンビニがあり、快適に過ごすことができました。

建物自体は古さを感じましたが、家具等綺麗にされておりよかったです！近隣が住宅街なので、住所が分かりづらかったのですが、事前に教えていただいた通り、座標と写真を組み合わせてスムーズに見つけることができました！少し残念だったことを強いて言えば、写真と違って、ソファとローテーブルのところにカーペットが無かったことと、コンディショナーのボトルにシャンプーが入っていたことは残念なポイントでした。
