I can really recommend this accomodation. Rita is super nice. She welcomed us with homemade cake and she answered really fast to all our questions. The house was super clean and is located so beautifully directly at the ocean with mountains just in the backjard. we could see the polar lights just outside the windows. The sauna for sure is a big plus during the winter season. If we ever visit again we will for sure come back to this wonderful place.

Logement rénové très récemment, très propre et fonctionnel. L’appartement de plain pied à une jolie terrasse : il est intégré à une bâtisse plus importante qui a été divisée en trois. Très calme car un peu éloigné de la route principale (E6). Emplacement idéal juste en face du quai du ferry qui relie Olderdalen aux Lyngen situées en face (40 mn de traversée). C’est très pratique pour varier ses randonnées sur les deux massifs. Épicerie accessible à pied. Départ d’une randonnée importante (Gillaviri) depuis le village. Aksel et Nathalie habitent une maison voisine : ils sont très amicaux et serviables. Même si ils ne pratiquent pas eux mêmes le ski de randonnée, ils connaissent très bien le sujet et sont de bons conseils. Logement idéal pour deux, même si un couchage d’appoint est possible dans le salon.

What a magical place! We had a through and through amazing experience. The cabin is really cozy and has everything you need and more. It's situated in audibly and visually calming surroundings, pretty much forcing you to slow down. We spent many hours relaxing, a fire cracking in the stove, enjoying the views, eating waffles, enjoying life. At night we fell asleep to the soothing sound of the waves, still seeing glimpses of the last aurora. Steffen himself is also a pure gem. Super kind, responsive and accommodating. More than once he offered or answered what we weren't even thinking about. This is one of those places where you think twice if you should really write an honest review because it will cause more people to come, making it harder for you to come back. But it's so deserved, we couldn't give anything but 5 stars!

Wir haben uns vom ersten Augenblick an wie zu Hause gefühlt. Bessere, nettere und hilfsbereitere Gastgeber, wie Frode und Agnes es sind, kann man sich nicht wünschen. Frode hat uns tolle Tipps für Skitouren und Kontakte für Ausflüge gegeben. Super unkompliziert und freundlich! Und ihre beiden Hunde Rio und Wilma haben uns jeden Tag zusätzlich versüßt.

Nous avons passé une excellente semaine dans cette magnifique maison au bord du fjord. Tout était parfait : la literie super moelleuse, la maison tres accueillante et très propre, la baie vitrée donnant directement sur le fjord....nous avons même eu droit à une magnifique aurore boréale directement sur la terrasse!! Tommy est un hôte extrêmement accueillant (merci encore pour le délicieux poisson !), très réactif et soucieux en permanence de notre bien être. Nous vous conseillons cette maison à 100% merci tommy!!

Wir haben zu zweit eine super Skitouren-Woche in dieser gemütlichen und praktischen Unterkunft verbracht. Sie bietet genug Platz und Freiraum auch für einen Schlechtwettertag, ist top ausgestattet und sehr angenehm. Am nördlichen Ende der Lyngen-Alpen gelegen, ist die Umgebung ruhig, aber es gibt einen Supermarkt und tolles Tourengelände (wenige Minuten per Auto). Das Haus liegt etwas näher an der Strasse und an anderen Häusern als wir gedacht hätten, aber es gibt sehr wenig Verkehr (Sackgasse) und die Umgebung ist sehr ruhig, sodass dies überhaupt kein Problem war. Die Ausstattung der Küche war wirklich gut, es gibt schnelles Internet und die Kommunikation mit den Gastgebern war extrem freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir sind sehr dankbar, hier eine schöne Woche verbracht zu haben, können die Unterkunft wärmstens empfehlen und würden uns freuen, wieder einmal herzukommen.

Abbiamo soggiornato con grande piacere in questo meraviglioso chalet estremamente confortevole. La vista sul fiordo è impagabile e ci siamo veramente rilassati dopo le gite di scialpinismo che siamo riusciti a fare nonostante il meteo. Ottima la dotazione della casa e l'interscambio di comunicazioni con il nostro host che ci ha dato il benvenuto con l'ottimo salmone affumicato da lui prodotto

Easiest five stars ever given. If you are there to visit the Lyngen Alps, you have found a diamond. One hour of always scenic driving to most hike/ski trailheads of the peninsula. Quiet, super picturesque area with stuning mountain views. The sauna +ice bath are an amazing bonus. Communication with Kristoffer has been immaculate.

Sono stati giorni fortunati con sole e poche nuvole, le finestre della casa di Finn sono una cornice stupenda sul fiordo. La casa è accogliente, confortevole e per noi quattro scialpinisti è stato un ottimo punto di partenza per raggiungere in poco tempo i punti di partenza delle nostre gite. Ha anche un barbecue al chiuso esterno. Tron è un proprietario gentile e disponibile. Ci ha dato con piacere tanti consigli e aiutato nelle nostre richieste. Grazie Tron è stato un piacere conoscerti e una splendida esperienza vivere nel tuo bellissimo cottage.

If paradise exists, it must look like Linn's house ❤️... We had a wonderful week. The house is very warm and cozy! It is perfectly equipped. We were lucky enough to observe the Northern Lights twice from the garden. The area is quiet and perfect for walks. The jacuzzi was great for relaxing our legs after ski touring. Thank you for your hospitality. We are already dreaming of coming back!

Die Unterkunft ist unglaublich liebevoll und gemütlich eingerichtet, mit 2 offenen Kaminen, Klavier, Grammophon, Bibliothek .... ist fast schon ein Museum :-). Die Küche hat alles, was es braucht, es fehlt an gar nichts. Anton ist sehr nett, und hat uns mit den aktuellen Informationen bezüglich Lawinenlagebericht, und Tourenmöglichkeiten versorgt.

We only stayed a night at this beautiful cabin, so will absolutely be back in the future! The cabin is warm, comfortable, and in the most beautiful spot. The view alone makes it worth the journey! The hosts were great and sent some information on local works, and even kept us updated about bad weather in the area. I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again!

Toller Aufenthalt in der Hütte. Wir hatten eine unglaublich schöne Woche in Lyngen. Der Blick auf den Fford ist einfach traumhaft. Wir waren zum Skitourengehen da. Das lohnt sich wirklich sehr. Allerdings schlägt das Wetter ziemlich schnell um, deshalb sollte man seine Touren eher zurückhaltend planen. Wer im Winter das Haus nutzt sollte sich unbedingt ein Allradauto mieten. Es geht ziemlich steil den Berg hoch. Wir kommen bestimmt mal wieder.

The pictures do not do this place justice. The view is wonderful and worth the drive. Hot tub is the perfect temperature. A grocery store is less than 5 minutes down the road and has everything you need. They were super responsive to any questions we had. Amazing host and place to stay!

We had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb! The home was incredibly comfortable and cozy — it truly felt like a peaceful retreat. The view of the Lyngen Alps from the house was absolutely stunning, and we were lucky enough to catch a glimpse of the northern lights right outside, even with less-than-ideal weather. The apartment was perfectly equipped with everything we needed and more. The space was very clean and our check-in was extremely easy too. It had a great view along with good connectivity with the main road which is a rare combination to find in the Lyngen area. Arne and Ruth were fantastic hosts — very responsive and helpful, offering great recommendations for things to do in the area. We would absolutely love to stay here again in the future. Highly recommended!

Das Haus von Yngve ist super gelegen, kein Nachbar in unmittelbarer Nähe. Die Aussensauna mit Holzfeuerung ist der absolute Hit – inklusive genialem Ausblick. Die Küche im Haus ist gut ausgestattet und es fehlt an nichts. Wir waren zu zweit im Haus und haben uns nur im neuen Anbau bewegt. Dieser ist sehr gelungen und die Aussicht vom Sofa ist wunderbar.

La maison de Thomas est très agréable et bien située lorsque l'on souhaite sortir de la civilisation. En hiver il ne faut pas avoir peur d'utiliser une pelle à neige. Thomas est un hôte réactif et arrangeant. Nous recommandons ce logement où nous avons séjourné à deux.
