Welcome to the Urban Oasis: Located in the heart of Springfield on a main road, is this cosy and attractively decorated studio unit.

Architectural designed with high-vaulted ceiling and mezzanine floor (unused) gives a spacious feeling to this smart and cosy space.

Only a 10min drive from the Rotorua CBD or 15 minute bike ride along the cycle path to the famous mountain bike forest - The Redwoods.

Once you’re settled in you may enjoy the and relax in the private spa/hot tub.

The space
After a day exploring our amazing town, sit back and relax in air-conditioned/heated comfort in your own private space.

Super comfy queen bed with fresh and clean linen and luxurious bedding, soft and fluffy towels are supplied for your own separate shower and toilet.

Complete with mini-fridge, microwave, toaster and jug (kettle) with complimentary still or sparkling water, milk, breakfast cereals, Nespresso coffee machine and standard instant coffee, tea and sugar.

32" flat screen TV with Netflix, Disney+ & YouTube, free unlimited high speed WiFi.

A classy live-edge wooden slab makes the perfect spot to enjoy your morning cuppa and check your emails. Plenty of power points around to charge up all your devices including bedside USB ports.

And to help unwind there’s a modern hot tub/spa to soak in and relax after your day. The spa is situated in a private setting surrounded by native bush between the main house and the studio air bnb. You do not have to share it with other guests.

If you are looking for more accommodation for family and friends, we also have the main house available for Airbnb bookings too. It can sleep a maximum of nine (9) people. There are 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms in the main house. If you were interested in the main house too, please let us know.

Guest access
You'll have full use of this guesthouse, all to yourself. You'll be provided with a set of keys upon self check-in and will able to come and go as you please.

There is a spa/hot tub for your use. This is situated between the main house (sometimes used as an airbnb) and the studio Airbnb in a private setting surrounded by native bush. There is a booking system to allow you to have plenty of time to enjoy an interrupted soak at your own leisure. You do not share the spa at the same time with any other guests

Other things to note
There is no kitchen sink, only the hand basin in the bathroom. Which is fine for filling the jug for a hot drink or to rinse off the provided cutlery & plates, glasses and mugs.

Springfield Road can be a busy road and can have traffic at any time throughout the day. It has a cycle way down it which is the perfect way to get around if you fancy biking. 400m up the road is Rotorua's greatest Swiss bakery, Guidough's, cooking up daily mouth-watering morsels.
