Charming ground floor apartment, suitable also for families, located in the first row of Calarossa village, just 250 meters from the sea, coverable on foot in about 5 minutes, across the beautiful Mediterranean scrub.

The apartment is composed by private entrance, large living room with two beds and fully equipped open kitchen, one double bedroom, a second bedroom with sofa bed, bathroom with dressing room, and an outdoor private terrace, wide and sunny, facing the sea.

The space
First apartment of the row, situated in a quiet area of the village, and one of the closest ones to Li Canneddi beach.
Right behind the beach you can find a kiosk where you can have a snack, some cold beverage, and chill under the shadow of the pine trees (*).

The left side of the beach is equipped with sun beds and beach umbrellas. There you can also rent a SUP or a kayak to explore the bay (*).

On the right side, the beach is not equipped, and it's a perfect choice for those who love nature: awesome granitic rocks enclosing natural swimming pools, populated by fishes and many other life forms, for a unique exploring and snorkeling experience.

Due to the rocky nature of the area, we recommend the usage of rock shoes.

If you like more long beaches with fine sand, you can just move one kilometer to the west, to visit the amazing Marinedda beach, with crystal clear water and fine white sand. This is also a popular location for surfers, as every year hosts a surf contest named Marinedda Bay Open.

There is a swimming pool inside the village, open from July till September, available as extra service for a fee. If you need more info, feel free to reach out to us.

A temporary parking slot, right next to the apartment, is very convenient to load and unload the baggage. Afterwards, you can park in the free parking area, located just 2 minutes’ walk from the apartment.

Among the amenities, there are mosquito nets on all the windows, and ceiling fans in all rooms. Also, the apartment is equipped with dishwasher and washing machine.

Bed lining and towels are included.

Thanks to its tranquility, and to the charming nature surrounding it, the Calarossa village is a perfect place for families, and for those who seek relax and quietness.

You will enjoy relaxing evening walks along the walkways filled with flowers, inside the village, reserved for pedestrian traffic only, or reach the nearby Isola Rossa in 8 minutes by car, to watch the sunset from the seafront promenade, full of small markets, shops, and clubs open until late night.

At home you will also find a sun bed with wheels, useful also for transporting bags and beach towels, and a beach umbrella.
