The space
Tucked inside a quiet courtyard just blocks from the beach, this modern South Oceanside studio offers a clean, minimalist retreat made for two. Designed with simplicity & comfort in mind, it’s the perfect spot to unwind between beach days & exploring the neighborhood’s eclectic mix of restaurants, coffee shops & local boutiques.

The bright, open space feels uncluttered & welcoming, with a comfortable queen bed, soft natural light & thoughtful touches that make it feel like your own private hideaway. A small dining nook offers space to enjoy your morning coffee or takeout from one of South O’s local favorites just steps away.

While there’s no full kitchen, the studio features a full-size fridge & microwave, giving you space for snacks, drinks & easy meals — though with so many incredible restaurants within walking distance, you’ll have plenty of tempting options right outside your door.

After a day in the sun, settle into a quiet evening, stream your favorite shows or simply enjoy the laid-back energy of South Oceanside, where surfers cruise past with boards in hand & the neighborhood hums with creative charm.

Carlsbad Village is just 5 minutes north, offering even more dining, shopping & coastal character. When you’re ready to explore further, downtown San Diego & the airport are within 45 minutes, keeping everything within easy reach.

PLEASE NOTE: if there are guest staying upstairs, there will be noise in this unit. We made sure our prices reflect this. We have quiet hours from 9pm-9am and have taken extra precautions like padded rugs upstairs, but you can hear walking and noises from upstairs, especially if they have kids. Its typically quiet but we want to be completely transparent.

Guest access
This private studio is all yours. The property itself is home to a small collection of vacation rentals, and all guests share access to the quiet central courtyard. While you may cross paths with fellow travelers, your space is completely private with its own entrance.

Other things to note
Due to severe pet allergies, we do not allow pets, even service and emotional support animals.

Plenty of street parking is available right out front. Please note that there is street sweeping twice a month. Be sure to read all the signs as they do ticket during these times.

NO gatherings or parties of any kind allowed.

The suite has a Smart TV, allowing you to log in and stream your favorite apps.
