✨ Important Update for Your Stay (Oct 2025 – June 2026)
Our condo complex is making exciting upgrades to walkways and balconies in various buildings. When it’s our building’s turn for these improvements (scheduled for Dec 2025 – Jan 2026), we’ll close our calendar — so if you’re able to book, it means our building is open and fully accessible.
The good news:
- Pools, beach access, and all amenities will remain open during nearby work.
- Any construction in other buildings happens only on weekdays during daytime hours.
- We’ll keep you updated on any nearby activity so you can plan your beach days with ease.

The primary bedroom features a plush king bed, 52" Roku TV, a dedicated workspace, and plenty of storage for longer stays. In the second bedroom, you'll find a queen and full bed combo—perfect for families or friends—plus a 42" Roku TV and relaxing pool views. ⚠️ Construction Notice (October 2025 – June 2026):
Our condo complex will be undergoing planned walkway and deck construction across different buildings between October 2025 and June 2026. While this work helps keep the property in great shape, we want to be fully transparent so there are no surprises during your stay.
The good news is:
✅ Our building will always remain accessible during your visit.
✅ All shared amenities (like the pool and beach access) are expected to stay open.
That said, you may hear construction noise during normal working hours on weekdays. We truly appreciate your patience as the complex improves, and we're doing everything we can to minimize the impact on your stay.
Safety Note: We want your stay to be safe and comfortable! While our beach access is perfect for barefoot strolls in the sand, please wear shoes when walking around the condo complex, including walkways, parking lots, and common areas. The property is undergoing some exterior upgrades, so surfaces may be uneven or have work equipment nearby during the day.

Need baby gear during your stay? We partnered with BabyQuip to offer clean, safe and insured baby gear rentals. BabyQuip delivers and sets up the gear for you, and picks it up when you’re finished with it. This service allows you to skip all the packing and enjoy your vacation from the moment you arrive.
No third party bookings, those that book must be present at time of the stay.
A rental agreement will be emailed to you and needs to be signed within 48 hours in order to complete the booking.
Please note that we do not provide refunds due to inclement weather or natural disasters unless there is a mandatory evacuation. We do suggest that you obtain travel insurance.
Guest access
There is an electronic deadbolt on the door of the condo. All you need to do is enter your four digit user code. When you see the Schlage button turn green, rotate the thumbturn to the left. Please make sure the door locks each time that you leave the condo.
The code to access the condo is sent to you on the day of check in.
Other things to note
Indoor amenities include: Flat screen TVs in all rooms, Roku streaming services, complimentary wifi, in unit washer & dryer, full size refrigerator/freezer, dishwasher, oven and microwave. Small appliances include toaster, griddle, air fryer, blender, crock pot, coffee makers.
Outdoor amenities include: Private deeded beach access, 2 fresh water pools, 2 public charcoal grills, private balcony overlooking the pools.
