Other things to note
The Adler is an oasis for relaxation and enjoyment; it is not a party house. The neighborhood is vigilant, and any indication of a party will result in immediate eviction. We kindly ask that you respect the tranquil atmosphere of the community.

BECAUSE EVEN PARADISE HAS PAPERWORK
The City of Palm Springs requires, by ordinance, that hosts include the guest’s name, age, address, and a copy of a government-issued ID as part of the guest contract. Please provide a copy of your ID within 24 hours of booking. We ask that you also provide us with a direct phone number so we can reach you quickly if needed during your stay.

POOL & SPA HEATING

Pool heating is optional and billed separately at $150 per day (October–May) and $100 per day (June–September).
This fee is not included in the quoted price on booking platforms and reflects the actual cost of natural gas, with no added surcharge.
We ask that you decide at least 48 hours before your arrival if you would like the pool heated. This ensures it will be perfectly warmed and ready for you upon check-in.
Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate heating requests once guests have arrived.
Spa heating is included with your stay.
Please note that while the spa is in use, the pool heater will pause automatically and resume heating the pool once the spa cycle is complete.

Neighborhood highlights

The Adler is perfectly situated in the historic Racquet Club Estates neighborhood, just minutes from the Uptown Design District, where luxury boutiques, curated vintage shops, and acclaimed dining destinations come together in beautifully preserved mid-century buildings. A short drive brings you to Downtown Palm Springs, home to world-class restaurants, stylish cocktail lounges, and vibrant cultural experiences.

For art lovers, the Palm Springs Art Museum offers an inspiring collection of contemporary and modern works, while outdoor enthusiasts can explore picturesque hiking trails that weave through the desert landscape. And for a breathtaking aerial escape, the Palm Springs Aerial Tramway—the world’s largest rotating tram—lifts you from the valley floor to the stunning alpine peaks of Mount San Jacinto, where cooler temperatures and panoramic views await.

This neighborhood holds a storied past—once home to The Racquet Club, the crown jewel of Palm Springs’ golden era. Built in 1934 by actors Charlie Farrell and Ralph Bellamy, this legendary resort was a glamorous retreat for Hollywood’s elite, including Frank Sinatra, Dean Martin, and Marilyn Monroe, who came to play tennis and lounge poolside in stylish seclusion. While The Racquet Club is long gone, its iconic spirit lives on in Racquet Club Estates, where homes designed by Mid-Century architects William Krisel and Dan Palmer, in collaboration with The Alexander Construction Company, still define the area's architectural charm.

Whether you're here to indulge in Palm Springs’ luxury lifestyle, soak in its artistic and architectural heritage, or embark on an outdoor adventure, The Adler offers the perfect home base to experience it all.
