This spacious 1100 sqft unit includes breathtaking views of the San Diego Bay and downtown, a private outdoor deck and is walking distance or a short commute to San Diego's best attractions. Originally constructed in 1928 and has undergone a full restoration which provides modern comfort while maintaining the original style and charm. A chef's kitchen includes all fixings and dine-in peninsula with bay views.

The space
This unit is perfect for anyone who is looking for a fantastic location (walking distance to restaurants, bars, parks and entertainment; easy freeway access, access to public transport; close to the airport) without sacrificing living space, outdoor living and charm. The unit also includes added features typically not provided for in an Airbnb including a 70 inch Samsung TV, a fully stocked spice rack with 30 spices, a pull-out couch bed with memory foam mattress, eat in kitchen peninsula with seating for 2 and a functional dinning room with seating for 4.
