The "Santo Spirito" apartment is a charming two-room apartment within the "Suites Le Valline" complex in a recently renovated villa. The unique location makes it a perfect place to explore Tuscany, as it is a 15-minute drive from Florence and San Casciano, just outside Chianti. You will have all the comforts of an apartment, the panoramic bio pool and outdoor tables in the common garden to relax. Pick the fruits of our garden, they are there for you!

The space
The "Suites le Valline" are located in a recently renovated early 20th century villa. Chiara and Andrea live in the villa with their son.
The Santo Spirito apartment sleeps up to 4 people. It is on the first floor of the property, offering a living room with equipped kitchen and comfortable sofa bed, a bedroom with double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers and desk and a large bathroom with shower. Thanks to the large windows, it is very bright and offers double exposure, so you can enjoy the surrounding view. The apartment does not offer private outdoor spaces, but you can take advantage of the tables in the common garden to eat or relax. The resin bio pool with hydromassage area is available to all property guests. It is surrounded by olive trees and offers an enchanting view of Florence.
A PRIVATE CAR IS ABSOLUTELY NECESSARY FOR GETTING AROUND! The bus does not pass frequently and only at certain times of the day!

Guests can take advantage of the outdoor parking and common gardens. The resin bio pool with a maximum height of 1.50 m, is fenced and equipped with sunbeds, umbrellas, and a hot outdoor shower. It is heated in the spring and fall months (mid-May/mid-October, if the outdoor temperatures allow it!). The laundry is easily accessible and available to all property guests.

We have made a small vegetable garden available to our guests with seasonal vegetables that can be harvested independently.
