Aptly named Stone's Throw Cottage for very good reason, in the heart of Blackwood Valley, nestled amongst the giant native trees, set proudly across from the River.

This stunning rustic abode sleeps up to 9 guests with 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 3 toilets plus an entire room set up for the most luxurious baths, makes this home the perfect retreat.

Enjoy the convenience of being just minutes from town, making it easy to explore the best that Bridgetown has to offer.

The space
The space is thoughtfully designed with nature in mind, ensuring a memorable stay for guests. The fully equipped kitchen includes a beautiful Metter wood stove which is the center piece of the kitchen and is perfect for cooking and socializing. The wrap around verandah is the perfect place to entertain and take in the abundance of wild life.

Immerse yourself in the soothing sounds of the river as you relax on the veranda, sipping your morning coffee or evening gin with friends and/or family. The interior is thoughtfully designed to provide a cozy and comfortable atmosphere, with large windows & French doors that really do bring the outside in.

There is a wide variety of fruit and nut trees, such as orange, lemon, plum, apple, mandarin, peach, fig, mulberry, olive, pecan and chestnut & guests are encouraged to help themselves when in fruit.
