The space
Our home is spacious enough to welcome up to 15 guests only including children, infants, helper and driver. If you want to request more than 15 guests, there will be an additional charge of 500 per person, up to a maximum of 20 guests. However, please keep in mind that the comfort level might be slightly adjusted, and these guests will need to share existing beds.
We kindly ask that you refrain from inviting any visitors who are not part of the confirmed headcount. Only registered guests included in the booking are allowed to enter, stay, and use the property overnight. This is for everyone’s safety and security.
Please note that any undeclared guest whether staying overnight or just visiting will be considered an extra guest and will incur a charge of ₱500 per person (adult or kid).
Our property features a variety of three rooms to accommodate guests of all sizes, along with one dedicated home office space. Additionally, we have one room available with a double-deck bed, which can be used for either a helper or driver.
The master bedroom is located in ground floor featuring a comfortable queen size bed and a split-type air conditioning unit. You'll have your own private toilet and bath, complete with a relaxing bath tub. Wake up to the stunning views of nature and enjoy stunning views of the surrounding trees right from your bedroom window.
The second bedroom is located on lower ground perfect for families or larger groups, with one queen-size bed and two double beds. This room also has a split-type air conditioning unit to keep you cool and comfortable. The shared toilet and bath is located in between the second and third bedrooms, with easy access for all guests.
The third bedroom is located on lower ground. A spacious retreat with a super king-size bed and double bed size with pull out and one single bed with pull out accommodating up to 9 guests comfortably. You'll also have access to a split-type air conditioning unit to keep you cool and comfortable during your stay.
Kindly remember to bring your own towel for the duration of your stay.
We want our guests to feel at home and relaxed during their stay, and our comfortable rooms and tranquil surroundings are sure to provide the perfect environment for a peaceful getaway.
Guest access
As our guest, you'll have full access to our entire property during your stay. This includes the cozy and comfortable living spaces, the infinity pool, and the balcony with stunning views of the surrounding trees.
We've equipped our home with modern amenities to make your stay as comfortable and enjoyable as possible. Enjoy access to our smart TV where you can watch Cignal cable TV, bluetooth speaker, high-speed wifi internet, and an office room if you need to get some work done during your stay.
We provide free filtered water, and the kitchen is equipped with a Smeg electric induction cooktop, cooking pans, plates, utensils, mugs, wine glasses, a rice cooker, electric kettle, Breville coffee machine, and microwave.
You’re welcome to bring extra paper plates and plastic utensils if needed.
Please remember to bring the following items:
Bath Towels, dishwashing soap, condiments, cooking oil, charcoal (for the grill), coffee beans (for the Breville machine), juice, food, paper towels, shampoo, bath and hand soap, and any other toiletries you may need.
There’s also a 7-11 about 10 minutes away from the property for any last-minute items.
If you're in the mood for some yoga, feel free to bring your own mat and make use of the open space.
Our fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to prepare your favorite meals, a grill for outdoor cooking (bring own charcoal) except we dont have oven. You can also request a bonfire setup at night for an additional charge of 500 pesos to make your evenings even more memorable.
If you have dogs, you’re welcome to bring up to 2 of them along with you, as long as they wear a diaper at all times inside the house and their poop is properly disposed of to maintain cleanliness. If you wish to bring more than 2 dogs, an additional fee of PHP 500 per dog will apply.
Please note that there may be some disruptions to the WIFI since we are located on a farm. But we believe this is the perfect opportunity to disconnect from the distractions of the outside world and focus on quality time with your loved ones.
Other things to note
Please keep in mind the following guidelines:
Check-in time is at 3:00 PM, and check-out time is at 12:00 PM. We strictly enforce these times to allow us enough time to properly clean and sanitize the home for the next group's safety and comfort.
Late check-ins or arrivals for remaining guests will only be allowed until 8pm for safety reasons, as we lock the property when our caretaker takes a rest at that time. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation, as we aim to prevent late-night or midnight entries to the property.
Our caretakers will be there to greet you upon arrival and make sure you settle in comfortably. While they will be available to assist you with anything you need, we ask that you respect their privacy and limit your requests to their working hours between 7am and 8pm. This will ensure that they have enough rest time to provide you with excellent service during your stay.
Respecting our home and treating it as you would your own is greatly appreciated. We kindly ask that you take good care of the house during your stay and dispose of your garbage properly.
To promote environmental conservation, we kindly request that you conserve energy and water during your stay by turning off lights and air-conditioning units when not in use
Please note that our staff is unable to assist with grocery shopping, so we kindly ask that you bring your own condiments and any other items you may need for the duration of your stay.
We kindly ask that you maintain the cleanliness of our kitchen by washing the cooking and dining utensils promptly after use.
To ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for everyone, kindly remember to wear appropriate swim wear when using the pool.
For hygiene and safety reasons, we kindly request that no food or drinks be consumed in the swimming pool area. Additionally, for the safety and well-being of all guests, pets are not permitted to swim in the pool.
Smoking and e-cigarettes are not allowed inside the house and balcony. Please remember to properly dispose of your cigarette butts in the trash.
For safety reasons, we kindly ask that you refrain from running, jumping, diving, or engaging in any rough play in the pool. Please be aware that the host, homeowners, and staff will not be held liable for any accidents or injuries that may occur as a result of not following this rule.
To maintain a peaceful and tranquil environment, we kindly request that guests refrain from hosting parties or playing loud music. Please drink in moderation and be considerate of noise levels, especially during nighttime hours. Let's all work together to preserve the peaceful atmosphere of the farm.
For safety reasons, children of all ages should be supervised at all times while on the property. The host, homeowner, and employees cannot be held liable for any accidents that may occur on the premises.
For the safety and well-being of our guests and staff, the use of illegal substances is strictly prohibited on the property. We reserve the right to terminate your stay and forfeit your payment if this policy is violated.
Please note that all items in the house are for use during your stay only and not for take-home purposes. Any missing pillows, blankets, sheets, or kitchen utensils and equipment will incur a charge of 1,000 per item or depending on the price amount.
We kindly request that you handle our belongings with care. Any damage or breakage during your stay will be your responsibility, and you will be required to cover the cost of repair or replacement.
We have 5 friendly dogs outside who help protect our home. For their safety and health, please refrain from feeding them during your stay.
We absolutely love welcoming furry friends! To ensure a pleasant stay for everyone, we kindly request that you help us maintain a clean and tidy environment by allowing your dog to wear a diaper all the time inside the house. When outside, we recommend keeping your dog on a leash as much as possible, as we have three dogs of our own who may become a bit protective. This will also give your dog the chance to bond with our pups and create a positive, playful atmosphere for all.
We love pets! If you plan on bringing your furry friend into the house and rooms, please make sure they are clean beforehand to help us keep the space in great condition. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
