A truly amazing location to relax, unwind, reconnect, romance, entertain and enjoy all the surrounding area has to offer. Privacy assured with no other guests, shared amenities or on site managers. It is all about the view - even when relaxing in the hot tub.

Located just two minutes from historic Russell village with shops, vineyards, restaurants, island boat trips, fishing, historic places, bush walks through Kiwi habitat and nearby world class golf.

Private beach access just steps away with no road or dunes between you and the sand. Relax on the beach or swim to the diving pontoon moored in front any time of the tide. Refresh under the hot outdoor shower and perhaps a dip in the jacuzzi. Quiet and peaceful with no through traffic or noise.

Stacking glass doors completely open the indoor living space to the front deck, beach and ocean. The rear walled courtyard provides an additional outdoor living and dining area with privacy and wind protection.

The master suite features a King bed, quality linens, walk in wardrobe and heated ensuite bathroom. Wake to sea views and the sound of lapping waves. If you need to share a second bedroom is located at the opposite end of the villa. This has a Queen and King Single with equally impressive north facing views. Bedrooms have central AC, ceiling fan, 43" 4K smart TV's, wireless phone charging docks and safe. Quality linen and beach towels provided.

If you wish to cook the fully equipped chef’s kitchen has high spec European appliances, gas hobs, dish washer, ice maker, Nespresso machine and Sodastream. Better still enjoy a meal at a Russell restaurant or local vineyard. Alternately bring back a take out for the sunset. Three indoor and outdoor dining areas and Weber BBQ.

The open plan living area is air conditioned for year round comfort. Entertainment includes an Onkyo-Bose home theatre system, 65" 4K smart TV, Sat channels, Netflix and Internet TV. Fast Fibre WiFi permits remote working if you really must. Laundry and EV charging outlet.

Walk hand in hand along two beaches, take the short track to the Tapeka Point summit, explore nearby bush walks through Kiwi habitat, discover hidden bays in a kayak, or sunbathe on a lounger. There are so many options - or just sit back and enjoy the endless procession of passing boats.

Situated on a narrow peninsula between two beaches at Tapeka Point, Russell. A small
community of retirees and holiday homes away from tourist foot traffic. No through road or traffic noise - yet close to historic Russell village, services, boat trips, vineyards, restaurants and attractions. There are numerous walking tracks into Russell through Kiwi habitat. Tapeka Point has superb views via an easy 15 min walking track and secluded bays to explore from the beach. A landmark is the huge Norfolk pine trees planted in the 1830's. This is the gateway to the must see Bay of Islands and an ideal base to explore Northland's many attractions
