Rock Quay is situated in Killyleagh Bay on the shores of Strangford Lough. The balcony from the main living area provides an amazing view of the Lough and the boats moored in the bay. Our apartment is located across from Killyleagh Yacht Club. There are plenty of opportunities for kayaking and paddle boarding. Our fully equipped modern apartment has all the amenities to ensure a fantastic stay. Killyleagh is a short distance from many tourist attractions in Co Down and afar.

The space
Stunning first floor apartment located in the Quay of Killyleagh, with 2 bedrooms , bathroom, living area and kitchen with balcony. The apartment is bright, inviting, carefully decorated throughout with clean linen, towels and toiletries. You’ll have full access to the whole apartment for the duration of your stay. Both bedrooms consists of double bed, bed side tables and wardrobes with fresh bed linen, Towels, reading lamps and hairdryers. There is full Wi-Fi access throughout the apartment. The whole living area has uninterrupted views of Strangford Lough, dine or unwind with spectacular views. Wake up in the morning with Coffee on the balcony and watch the world go by, and in the evening cosy up with a blanket and book on the rocking chair beside the electric stove. If you fancy just a bit of relaxing and catching up with your favourite programmes you will have the internet enabled 40" TV with freeview. The open plan kitchen and living area is a fantastic area with partial laminate floor , electric stove, stereo, rocking chair and stool with sofa's and soft lighting. The well appointed kitchen, dinning area, has an induction hob, glass table, dishwasher, microwave, washing machine, toaster, kettle and all of your other essentials in the kitchen. The apartment has Gas central heating. There is a lift available and free onsite parking.

Rock Quay is in a quiet area with stunning views of Strangford Lough and Portaferry. Plenty to do and see such as Delemont Country Park just 5 minutes away, Castle Ward and Finnebrogue Woods all with stunning walks. Maybe you will fancy a trip around the Ards Peninsula , you can catch the Strangford ferry which runs every 30 minutes taking you to Portaferry, call in to the Exploris Aquarium and then head out round the coast. In Killyleagh there are many excellent restaurants, coffee shops and take aways within walking distance. There is an excellent award winning restaurant just 2 minutes walk away. Within the town there are many convenience stores such as Spar, Mace, fruit shop, bakery, butcher and Pharmacy. Larger high street shops are only 10 minute drive away.
