Double Ocean Galore is a private double room at Quinta da Susy, in the authentic nature paradise the Azores island of Terceira. Ocean Galore has a view of the sea and the village of Altares. The historical city of Angra do Heroismo (UNESCO World Heritage) is a 20 minute drive across the island. Enjoy the island nature on walking trails and tours, swim in the natural lava pools, have the unique experience of descending a hundred meters into a volcano and find top whale watching opportunities.

The space
Double Ocean Galore at Quinta da Susy is a recently built guest room with fully equipped bedroom and bathroom with shower. You have access to a small shared kitchen to prepare drinks and sandwiches. Make the most of the veranda and gardens. One of the best restaurants on the island serving traditional food, "Caneta" is within walking distance - 200m up the road. The natural lava pools of Biscoitos are a mere 5 minute drive away.

You can access the gardens and a shared veranda, as well as a large terrace with sea view. In the shared kitchen space you also have use of a shared fridge. Where you’ll be

Our house is located on the north side on the island of Terceira, in a rural context. There are places to take the sun and swim all around the island, the closest ones are in Biscoitos and in Quatro Ribeiras. Enjoy walks on the island's trails and visit the volcanic caves in the center. Also do not forget the whale and dolphin watching opportunities which you find in the harbour area of Angra do Heroismo.
