"Mezzanine on the Aude", superb apartment with character, classified 3 stars quietly in the city center of Quillan, for 4 to 6: bedroom with a 160 x 200 bed, mezzanine with two single beds, sofa bed, and equipped kitchen.

Everything is within walking distance: less than 100 m, cinema, parking, pharmacy, restaurants, market... and a 5-minute walk to the pool, train station...

You will have free access to a summer lounge, laundry room and indoor courtyard (shared).

The space
Within the cottage "La Porte Jaune", on the 1st floor, the accommodation "Mezzanine sur l 'Aude" (furnished tourist property ranked 3 stars in November 2022) is composed of:
- one bedroom with 160 x 200 bed, with new quality bedding + closet with wardrobe and storage
- a mezzanine with two beds in 90 x 190
- a sofa in the living room (sleeping for 2)

A large equipped kitchen.

A bathroom, with shower and toilet.
The shower was recently replaced with a simple shower (plus the jet shower that is in the photo).

The living room with a beautiful large oval table, sofa, two armchairs and storage, as well as a desk with wheeled chair.

Connected to fiber, with an ethernet network outlet directly in the home, to which is connected a wifi repeater, you will have top-notch network!

You will also have free access to a summer lounge (with sofa, table and chairs, mini gym, music, books and games for adults, teenagers and children), a laundry room (washing machine, laundry and dryer, ironing table) and an inner courtyard (shared).

Guest access
You will have access to the entire accommodation, which will be entirely reserved for you.

The inner courtyard, as well as the summer lounge and laundry room are shared, and may be used by other (possible) tenants.

Other things to note
During school holidays, reservations are made weekly, from Saturday to Saturday.
If availability remains at the last moment (less than 2 weeks), it will be possible to book for shorter periods.

Long-term reservations are accepted, up to 90 days.

There is no carbon monoxide detector, because it is not useful: everything works with electricity (no gas appliances, gasoline, wood...).
