Beautiful (new) property in containers in Cabo Rojo, Boquerón. Located only 5 minutes from the Boquerón spa and the town by car and the best of our City. It has air conditioning throughout the house, an electric generator and a cistern, among other things. Close to the best anchovy restaurants. If you're an astronomy lover, you can bring your telescope and watch the stars here!
The space
Comfortable living room, kitchen, 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a quiet place. Fully equipped with Wi-Fi, TV, air conditioning, cistern, electric generator, bedding and BBQ, swimming pool, cistern, board games. In addition, we include coffee and a snack basket as a courtesy with your reservation. Exclusive area close to everything like beaches and restaurants. Parents are responsible for taking care of and ensuring the safety and well-being of their children in terms of the fans of ceilings, bunk beds, stairs, air conditioning engines located outside and their electricity work, glass handrails, slope outside the house and pool; as there is no lifeguard. We are not liable for falls or accidents inside or outside and/or around the property. We are also not responsible for robberies, falls, accidents, or losses inside or outside the property. Smoking of any type of cigarettes ( understand electrical, pipas etc) is not allowed inside the home. Not any kind of drugs allowed. We reserve the right of admission. $75 will be charged for each loss of AC remote control or TV. You will not be charged for the use of the grill ( it is a benefit granted to you by the house for your reservation) $15 will be charged for each lost or stained towel that cannot BE removed from the stain (GUESTS MUST CHECK BEFORE LEAVING THAT the AMOUNT OF TOWELS THAT IS LEFT IS the SAME THAT you enter AT the TIME OF DEPARTURE; 7 white indoor towels, 2 small hand towels and 7 pool towels ( color), you must check them upon their arrival and departure, if they are not complete at the time of their entry they must notify you or they will be charged if they are not complete upon your departure with the above described charge), understand the pool or interior of the house, including floor towels ( located on the beds) the inspection of the towels and the house may take up to 7 days when the cleaning staff and/or owner arrives. Shampoo and liquid soap are provided as a courtesy of the house ( NO mandatory, we are not responsible for allergies caused by liquid soap, shampoo or shower gel). If you are prone to any type of skin or other allergies you should bring your own shampoo or bath soap. You must verify the property that everything is in order and nothing broken at the time of your check-in or otherwise you will be responsible for any damages that occurred. $75 will be charged for each loss of each key of the 2 main doors (this is understood to be door entrance and exit door of the house). At the moment, the property has an electric generator. There will be NO compensation for temporary loss of water, electricity or internet ( i.e. if the cistern or generator fails, we are not responsible). We count water cistern, which must be used by you responsibly. We reserve the right of admission. $100 per night will be charged for each extra unauthorized guest that exceeds 7 people and if it is in a couple $100 for each person per night that it brings without authorization(it is 7 people including the children). No commercial video recording without prior authorization. Only commercial videos authorized by its owners. BE CONSIDERATE, IF you are not IN the property turn off the air conditioners until you return. DO not leave them on if it is not on the property and /or will be walking. The air conditioners are monitored remotely and if you do not turn them off when you leave, the system will turn them off remotely (you can turn them on as soon as you return) . No pets allowed, if you bring pets and we are aware you will be charged an additional $150 per night for violating this clause. If you leave the main entrance gate open and damage or enter pets will be responsible for everything that occurred ( we recommend to keep closed). Do not eat or ingest any food on the living room furniture (island area or bar is intended for this purpose). Do not sit wet on the furniture. Take out the garbage to the zafacón that it locates outside the residence. Indoor towels ( white) cannot be taken outside (extra pool towels are provided. At the time of handing over the residence the sales and doors must be left closed. Maintain healthy coexistence between neighbors. No exaggerated music allowed after 10 pm ( you can continue with your music after this time keeping at a low level). Make good use of the kitchen appliances and keep them clean after use. It is not allowed to light candles (if you want to light citronella in the Outdoor Area, do it with caution and remember to turn them off). Parties or corporate activities are not allowed (if you notice any event or party will be called the police and you will be charged a penalty of $300 for each day you do an activity. Do not eat inside the pool ( you can do it in the deck area). No dive in the pool area. Minors must be accompanied by their parents in all areas such as pool etc. Keep all shower areas closed while not in use. All decor items and so on are contained in an inventory and will be deducted from your account of not being on the property after inspection of your stay . The maximum number of guests is 7 people ( including children). Only guests who are part of the original reservation may stay overnight on the property. No pets allowed I did not use the white towels to remove makeup (we provide makeup remover towels for this purpose. If you have dyed hair, do not use the white towels to dry (they will be stained and charged), it is your responsibility to bring a colored towel for this purpose. The property is monitored by a remote outdoor camera system for guest and home security ( not inside the property) , any attempt to turn off, damage, interrupt or remove this device will result in a fine of $500 USD and /or eviction without refund. We are not responsible for theft or missing items on the property(you must make sure to keep both doors locked if you are leaving the property). Property owners or cleaning employees will not enter the property for as long as there are guests with the exception of an emergency or prior agreement between both parties. After Hurricane Maria, Puerto Rico has had an unstable power grid, resulting in frequent power outages. That said, we ask for patience if at any time it happens during your stay, when they happen, it usually takes 1-3 hours for it to be reset. We hope this is an inconvenience. The gate has a latch ( pin) to place or keep the gate open and does not roll ( secure to prevent accidents and close). On Christmas ( November to December) you change the marine decoration of the room by Christmas decoration! All TVs have downloaded apps like Netflix, Disney etc and Wi-Fi is provided but you must carry your keys to access them. Each person is responsible for removing their keys on each TV platform at the time of departure or check-out. Fireworks are prohibited on and around the property ( be considered with the neighbors). You must leave the refrigerator empty at the time of your departure. All damages caused by you , you will be charged after the inspection ( this procedure may take up to a week). The paper towel and toilet paper are initial , if you have a long stay, it is your obligation to buy after both are finished. Any food left at the time of departure will be confiscated. If you cause a disturbance, fight, or alteration to La Paz during your stay, the landlord may immediately evict you from the property and you will forfeit the money you paid for it without the right to refund or any other penalty for incurring this practice. We are not responsible for any items left on the property. I prohibit the use of pyrotechnics on or around the property. If you do not lock the doors of the property with keys at the time of your departure and any incident on the property, you will be responsible for everything that is missing and will be charged. In any emergency, violation, or breach of rules by guests, owners or their authorized representatives may enter the property for examination or eviction ( if applicable). Stays longer than 7 nights will be offered a second cleaning on the property in the middle of it ( in this one all towels, sheets, bathrooms etc are washed) and guests are required to be those hours off the property until the cleaning is finished (must not leave valuables on the property). The intermediate cleaning cost after 7 days, will be at the owner's discretion as to whether it is charged or not, this will be based on how much our cleaning team's availability, (otherwise it will incur extra charges). It falls under their responsibility if you accept the second cleaning or not and the consequences of staying in the property so many days without the cleaning (which could require a deep cleaning with extra charges) . Free cleaning is not included cleaning or washing boilers, pans, glasses etc, it is only general cleaning of the house such as bedding, towels, mapping washing toilets etc. If you leave dirty dishes, they will not be washed in the free cleaning because that is part of your responsibility as a guest (unless you want to pay extra to the staff to do it.
