The space
The outdoor pool, lazy river and hot tubs are heated.

This is a common space (efficiency/studio), refer to photos.

Digital keypad is used to enter the unit.

*Free Resort's WIFI (No modem/router or ethernet cable in unit) and a 53" Smart TV

Once depleted, it is up to guest to get more for their stay.

You do not go to the office to check in or check out to access the condo.

You will have an access code that will be sent to you at 3pm through Airbnb the day of your arrival.
Code is activated at 3:45pm.
Early arrivals may be available for a small fee.

Paid meter parking on side streets.
No parking at any other affiliated resorts.

Parking Pass and Pool Bands are in the condo, which need to be returned, to avoid additional fees.
Parking CAN be tight at times, especially during peak season.
If the parking deck is full, just go right across the street to the overflow covered parking deck.
There are no designated parking spots except for handicap license plates and or hanging handicap card.
You must fill out parking pass with an expiration date and park inside the white lines.
Towing and booting may occur.
We are not responsible for any fines, booting or towing charges.

Vehicles over 6'8" high will have to park either at the overflow parking deck which is approximately 7' high or on the side street and pay parking during summer months.

Motorcycles are welcomed.
Parking for motorcycles is permitted in covered overflow (across the street) parking deck only.
**No trailers, golf carts, boats, campers or any vehicle that will take up two spaces allowed in resorts parking decks.**

Frequent questions and answers:

*WHAT HAPPENS IF I BRING MY PET OR SMOKE?
Our resort/HOA does not allow any pets, ESA's, smoking of any kind, vaping or open flames, including burning of any candles.
There is a hefty fine $400.00 and up, and if caught, it will and can result of eviction with no refund of any money paid.
$250.00 and up for odor removal or excessive cleaning will be charged.

*IS THERE DAILY HOUSEKEEPING?
No, there is no daily housekeeping.
This condo has all fresh cleaned linens and towels for your stay, along with starter supplies/toiletries for you.
For longer stays, we suggest to bring more toilet tissue (1-2 rolls are provided) or anything you may need.

*WHAT AMENITIES ARE WE ALLOW TO USE?
All amenities are available to our guests, including bars, pools and restaurants.
SUBJECTED TO CHANGE WITHOUT NOTICE.

*REFUNDS:
~There will not be a refund, if a water feature is unexpectedly closed.
~No refunds for early departure.
~Refunds are granted only if there is a mandatory city evacuation and/or of the resort.

*IS THERE A LAUNDROMAT AT THIS RESORT?
Yes, on the 1st floor.
There is also vending machines, game room, gift shop, luggage carts, and the fitness center on the 1st floor.

*HOW DO I GET POOL BANDS AND PARKING PASSES?
Parking pass and pool bands will be in condo.
You do not go to the front desk for more.
~Pool bands and laminated parking pass, must be returned to the unit before you depart.
$10.00 per pool band if missing.
$20.00 for missing laminated parking pass.

*IS THERE FREE WIFI?
Yes. A photo will be sent to you in your check in messages with important information.
There is no modem/router or ethernet cable in the condo.

*WHAT TYPE OF TV IS IN THE UNIT?
This unit has a 53" Roku smart TV.

*IS THERE AN IRON AND IRONING BOARD?
Yes, an iron and ironing board is in the unit.

*DO I NEED TO BRING A BLOW DRYER?
No, there is one in the bathroom for your convenience.

*WHAT COFFEE MAKERS ARE IN THE UNIT
We have dual single serve and full pot coffee maker and electric tea kettle. **Tea kettle is electric. DO NOT heat on stove or in microwave.

*WHAT COOKWARE AND UTENSILS ARE IN THE UNIT?
All eating utensils, pots, pans, pizza pan, cookie sheet, blender, toaster, all cooking utensils, glass bakeware, wine glasses, dinnerware, drinking glasses, cork screw, scissors, cutting board, dish drying rack, cooking utensils, ice cube trays, and mixing bowls.

FOR YOUR CONVENIENCE:

*WHAT SIZE BED IS IN THE UNIT?
We have a King bed with a 14" Cool Gel Memory Foam bed.

*DO YOU HAVE CLEANING CHEMICALS AND SUPPLIES?
No chemicals are left in unit. There is a vacuum, dust pan, broom & mop.

*CAN I BRING A SMALL TRAILER FOR A MOTORCYCLE?
Sorry, no trailers are allowed in parking decks. Motorcycles are welcomed and will have to park in the covered overflow parking deck across the street.
There are other parking areas for trailers close by.

*HOW DO I RENT THE BEACH CHAIRS/UMBRELLAS ON THE BEACH?
You must see the life guard to reserve and pay for them. Bring cash for that. Rental fee changes during the season, so we are not really sure what the cost is. Last we heard, it was $40.00 per day. This includes two beach chairs and umbrella.

*IS THERE HANDICAP PARKING?
Our resort's handicap parking is located on the first floor along with a handicap assist chair for the main pool on the first floor.

*CAN I REQUEST A LATER DEPARTURE TIME?
This will all depend on our cleaning crew. Our crew gets to the condo by 10:15am to clean for our next guest.
If you need a later check out, you must contact us at least 24 hours in advance, prior to your departure, for approval.
If not, you as the guest agree to pay 2X times the nightly rate and possible eviction by law enforcement will be called in.
Your unique code will also expire at 10:05am, on the day of your departure.
**Sorry, there is no refund for early departures.**

*HOW MANY ELEVATORS?
There are two sets of elevators at this resort.
2 at the parking deck side and 2 oceanfront.
During peak season/high occupancy, elevators can be running slower than normal. Please be patient.

*WHERE IS THE INDOOR POOL & OTHER HOT TUBS?
7th Floor.
There is also a huge sundeck on the 7th floor overlooking the Atlantic Ocean with Adirondack chairs and hammocks.
Pool area and sundeck time: 9am - 9:30pm

*RESPONSIBILITY:
The owner, me, is not responsible for the following:
~Any accidents, injuries, death or illness that occurs while on the premises or the facilities.
~The loss of personal belongings or valuables of the guest.
~For damages to vehicles, theft, or any items left inside vehicle.
~For any towing, fines or booting charges.

*PESTS & OTHER CRITTERS:
This condo is also sprayed monthly for pests, on rare occasions you may see a Palmetto bug or insects due to the recent treatment.
On occasion, you may witness a stray bug or insect as a result of the recent treatment.
Please do not be alarmed if you see one.
We can come out to clean it up for you and retreat if there are still live ones.

~Failure to allow pest control or maintenance to enter unit, will result in a $50.00 fine.


*ANY REPORTS OF BED BUGS?
No reports of bedbugs have ever been reported in this condo.
This condo is inspected thoroughly after each guest.

~Please be aware to the following statement:
We take the matter of bed bugs very seriously and will be sending our exterminator for an immediate inspection.

Our exterminator treats and inspects our unit regularly (monthly) and our cleaners inspect after each guest.
The licensed inspector/exterminator will be able to easily determine if we do indeed have bed bugs or not.

A false claim will cost us money in not only the inspection, but also loss of rental.
We will hold you responsible for covering these costs if there are no bed bugs or any sort of evidence in this condo.

A bill & confirmation (proof) from the inspector will be sent via Airbnb and if needed legal actions will be taken for false claims.

Our family has been coming to Myrtle Beach for over 25 years, and found this area where my condo (NEW KING BED listing) is located, to be the perfect family getaway. We are avid collectors of classic cars, some dating back to 1954 models. We love to travel, go boating, skiing, go on cruises, gardening, and we have several hobbies. We love everything about Myrtle Beach. The restaurants, the shopping, the clean beaches in our area, and all the entertainment that Myrtle Beach has to offer. I am also a co-host for Todd in which we work very well together and have great communication between each other, to make sure our owner's are happy and to communicate with our guests quickly. One of my favorite things to do while at my condo (when not booked of course), is sitting on the balcony early in the morning, sipping my coffee, watching the sunrise, and to actually see dolphins frolic in the ocean.
