JoMi's beach home with approx. 65m² living space, large terrace, fantastic sea view and communal pool (pool times and rules see notice by the pool) is located on the ground floor of the Residencial Peñoncillo Playa in the east of the Costa del Sol in Torrox Costa. The accommodation can be reached on the ground floor or easily by elevator from the underground garage, where a parking space is available.

The apartment with air conditioning and high speed WiFi was newly furnished and technically newly furnished in April 2023.
The apartment has a kitchen, 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, living room with dining area. The large terrace facing the sea, is equipped with plenty of seating and 2 loungers. For cold evenings, you can convert the covered terrace with the new glass sliding wall to the summer garden. An initial set of towels, beach towels and bed sheets are included.

Other things to note
We deliberately waive the cost of the final cleaning. However, we ask that you leave the apartment swept clean, dump the garbage, empty the refrigerator and put dishes or glasses in the closet cleaned.
