Welcome to Mantee Landing Retreat!

We are so excited to share our bespoke
5 suite retreat with you!

You will most likely be sharing this “peace of paradise” with other guests if you have not reserved the entire property for your family, friends or booked a retreat.

You are encouraged to enjoy the outside Weeki Wachee Springs canal fed oasis. You can launch your kayak or one of ours, SUP from our dock, tie up your boat, fish, swim, grill, chill, corn hole, enjoy a cold beverage and more. Shared Kayaks are available and included with your stay!

Please be mindful when sharing the outdoor common spaces. We provide cleaning supplies located behind the purple door to wipe down your common space after using AKA - chairs, grill, fishing poles, corn hole bags, kayak paddles and snorkel gear.

Smoking is allowed outside, again please be mindful and respectful of our non smoking guests.

You are down the street or canal from a few locals spots to grab some local fare and a craft brew.

The main shopping area is only a few miles away where you can find anything your heart desires. We love Aldi and that is only about a 10 min. drive from here.

Tampa airport is 1 1/2hr. drive from us.

A day trip to the famous Tarpon Springs - less that 1 hr. from us!

Feel free to enjoy all the amenities.
Kayaks, snorkel/fins, floats, hammocks, Corn Hole, outdoor/indoor games, bubble machine and more. When you are finished please wipe down with cleaning spray provided around the property. (I.E kayak paddles, life vests, chairs, grill, etc.)

Before checking out, please do the dishes and take all you bedding/towels and place in the laundry room bin. Thanks so much

We are a small 4 suite boutique retreat so you will be sharing the property with other guests if you have not reserved the entire property for your family, friends or booked a retreat.

* Sleeps 4 people suite + 2 daily guests(visitors) per suite
* 4 kayaks per suite based on availability
* smoking outside only - be respectful of non smokers please
* Please be respectful of all amenities and put away anything you've enjoyed after use before enjoying something else. This helps keep the vibe alive and the space comfortable and enjoyable for all.
* Quiet Time After 11:00 pm
* please strip all bedding- take comforters out of cover and place cover with used towels in a pile on the floor before leaving, thank you!
* Please sign this electronic waiver in 🤗 welcome message before using outdoor space and water toys.
* NO MORE PAINTING ON Walkway or Building. You can paint the fence!
