Luxury house (150m2) located in the heart of Domaine d 'Aiguevive, in the Golden Triangle of Périgord Noir. Bordering the organic walnut grove and opening onto the Domaine's Italian-style park, this house restored in 2022 offers an exceptional quality of life. The shaded terrace enjoys a breathtaking view of the Bastide de Domme and the Manoir.

A natural swimming pool (50m/20m/3m) and a swimming pool (12/5m) and a Ping Pong, complete the rental. A place of well-being and art-de-vivre à la Française.

The space
The 18th century house has been completely restored until spring 2022. It is the only construction intended for rental on the Domaine.

On the ground floor, (natural stone floor) the house consists of a stainless steel and granite kitchen, opening onto the terrace, an adjoining living room opening onto the independent entrance. A wood-burning stove (8kw), a bathroom and a laundry room complete this level.

On the first floor, (solid oak floor) a first room with armchairs and HD TV, a dressing room corridor distributes 3 bedrooms equipped with storage, including 2 en suite equipped with bathrooms and toilets.

Château d 'Aiguevive is located in the Dordogne, close to Sarlat, in the heart of the very popular and touristic Périgord Noir, in the golden triangle of the Dordogne Valley, labeled "Site Majeur d' Aquitaine". The estate covers 7.5 hectares and consists, besides the elegant noble residence of the 18th century, two beautiful outbuildings, a 15th century mill, and has long been the studio of the great artist Lucien of Maleville "whose brush sung with a very personal genius the charm of the Black Perigord." The 5-hectare Noyeraie, planted with 400 walnut trees, from 16 varieties and, operated in organic agriculture, a plant setting form for the Estate.

The property overlooks the historic Bastide of Domme and benefits from a monumental piece of water masoned water fed by a spring and for swimmers.
